sweaty hands

my hands are always really sweaty. i dont know what to do to make them stop being sweaty. what can i do to make them normal?

try using deodorant or asking your doctor because i read somewhere for people who sweat to much you can get this shock thing every like 6 weeks and it will stop you from sweating as much

this might sound wierd but hand sanitizer (sp?) it might just do this to me but it dries my hands out. so i would try that. sorry im not much more of a help!

hey there, i have the same issue, they sweat and its embarrasing when you're holding a loved ones hands, or someone you really like... i havent figured out ne thing to do, except wipe my hands alot lol, if it is really that bad then go to a gp, or your docs an see what they say.. i will let you know if i go.. coolness

its called hyperhydrosis...just go to the dermatologist and they'll perscribe u somethin like drysol to keep them dry! <3

See a doctor because someone I know went to see her doctor for the same reason and the doctor injected something into her hands. It was some medicine its kinda like a shot. Now her hands dont sweat as much. Hope this helps!!

Baby powder is one method you could try. I have that problem sometimes when I've been on the computer too long or with a cell phone. Keeping a small bottle of powder with you if probably you best bet aside from medications or other medical fixes.

I looked it up for you and...it looks like you're either going to have to just be calm and stop being nervous (If that's what's causing your sweaty palms) or if you want it treated, you should go to the doctor.
