I'm 16 and I first got my period when I was 9. Well, I know its normal for the first couple of years for it not to be regular but I've had mine for 7 years and its still not regular.
For some time I've been wanting to go on birth control to level out my hormones and make my period more regular.
I don't want to be on it for a long time becasue I'm not really sexually active and I know that being on it for a long time can be bad for you.
So my question is can I be on it for just a little while to regulate my period/hormones then get off and have everything stay regular?

Smoking.

A lot of my friends smoke. This means that whenever I hang around with them they are smoking and they often offer me cigarettes. I have always said no because I have my priciples but recently I have been smoking with them. I found that it was quite relaxing and I liked it. I really don't want to do it anymore but I enjoy it and as my friends do it, it's tempting. How do I stop before I get too addicted?

I went to a new school this year.. because the school i was in last year and the years before closed down. And it was a small school, one class for each grade. And so i came up into this huge jr. high. and my old friends.. well we arnt friends anymore...and i met these new people and we are like best best best friends.. and we alllwayyys hung out. And well i met this new set of people. who are cheerleaders like me. and we are alike.. and well i dont know who to hang out with because they are both the best!... and every time i hang out with them .. the other people get mad at me .. or if i hang out with them.. then those people get mad at me. this might sound really weird but im so horny all the time and i cant help it and i want to get a vibrator or dildo or something so i can use it haha is there any where to get them for cheap that my parents wont know and also i find myself thinking about girls like doing stuff with them i dont know why i think of guys too but its just weird and i dont kno what to do so yeah ill rate high

I have a light light light brown almost dirty blonde shade of hair. It comes to about an inch past my shoulders. I have bangs. Just like straight across my face. I want to do something cute to spice it up and make me look pretty. I will rate really high PLEASE this is like a fashion emergency!

another stupid period question

Alright, first some background info. Im 16 and im a virgin, never done anything sexual with a guy. Ok now..my period is a week late for some reason and my mom is freaking out and asking me if ive gotten it like every 2 or 3 hours. Recently i have really cut back on like really fatty food, ive started running about a mile and half 2 or 3 times a week, and i started a job..which is a bit stressfull at times. Those things can make it come late right? Ive also felt like ive been going to get it, sore boobs, wicked bad cramps, headache that wont go away no matter if i take tylenol or not. I want to stop freaking out...so if you guy know anything that can help me out or at least help me chill my mom out..that would be fabulous. Thanks in advance.

im goin out with sumone right now and have been for 3 months he askes me if im ready to have sex but i have no clue what to say because im scared and at a young age (14) my body feels like its ready but i dont know if i am he says hes ok with whatever my choice is!i want to but i dont know if its the right moment sometimes?what should i do go on with it and deal with everything or forget about it???please i need some advice?
