i was reading this thing that said most guys like to have the girl make the first move -- guys, is this true??
and when do you kno when to make the first move?? i usually dont do it, i wait for the guy
but like, say your sitting in the movies...and your holding hands or something...when do you kno when the "right time" is to kiss him?

a camping trip

ok me and my friends are planning a little co-ed camping trip near these waterfalls and im just asking what are some things i should bring..like necessities and entertainment things? i was already thinking a boombox that runs on batteries and having an all night campfire of course.
any ideas on games to play..things to do?

Hair

Well my hair is pretty thin and I got a perm when I was in 6th grade but it never really grew out because I had wavy hair anyways. Well my hair falls out quite a bit when I shower and stuff and I was wondering if anyone knew any homemade hair stuff to use or salon stuff... Please any advice is great!

yess thats what i mean.. but i like this guy and im always there for him and i help him out. hes going through a tough time right now and im doing all i can. he just doesnt seem to notice it. i mean i no he knows i help but he doesnt do antyhing. i really like him. what more can i do for him to help him out and maybe possibly get him to like me .. ? thanks in advance

Beaver hunt

I'm a English guy who just loves beaver, now my girlfriend is having her birthday soon and I would love to give her a stuffed Beaver. She hasn't said so yet but I think she would like a beaver as much as me. I have looked on e bay and all I could find was a fluffy hand puppet one. Do you americans know where I can get a good quality mounted beaver. However all the beavers I have seen so far that I liked have all been way to expensive. So where you can get good quality beavers at reasonable prices. I was told if you get a real cheap one that they smell real bad in the hot weather(something about not being cleaned properly), and I can't see my girlfriend going for that.

so i start school on tuesday and im gonna be a freshman. im a girl im 4'9 i have brown hair and green eyes. i dont know very many people i know like 6 poeple in the whole entire school. is there any way i can make friends fast? any tips or anything? i will rate high.

so im 14/f and i got contacts like 2 days ago. and i start high school on tuesday. im gonna be a freshman anywho. i look like a total GEEK with my glasses on and the problem is i cant get my contacts in. but when other people put them in for me im okay. i can poke my eye and stuff but idk why i cant put contacts in. can some one give me any good tips on how you can put in your contacts?
i rate good.

I currently have long hair, I love having long hair, but what type of cute do you suggest me getting with it still being long. I will ask for a trim, but what else? I already have side bangs, I don't know whether I should get layers or not. Please advise.

This is my second time posting here on Advicenators. Well, I could really use some good advice here. I am 14 years old, never been kissed, hugged, dated..etc. I like older boys better because I know they tend to make the first moves and spoil you more, but I never thought I would end up like my best friends older brother. He's just two years older, not even. He's cute and he's funny, but he's really shallow. He's making me want to just die with the harsh things he says. He's always telling my friend Marissa* you should hang out with hot friends because all your friends are ugly. Right when I am sitting there. Now I can't stop hating myself.

has anyone here graduated early, or is trying to? see, last year i took a class most people in my grade didn't, and will take next year. so i'm already ahead in math for most people in my grade, so i don't have to double up. but i'm thinking of doubling up on a lot of stuff. i might take 2 maths next year as a freshman (geometry and algebra 2) and whatever i need to do to graduate early. so, how do i go about doing this? i'm really not sure. and if you have, how much earlier did you graduate? is it really hard?
