internet connection

heyy..does anyone know how to fix an internet connection. It works and all but about every 20 minutes it signs me off my aim sn. But then I can sign right on it just stops for like a second. It is really annoying. Is there anything I can do that could fix this without spending money? .. thanks a lot !!

me and my friend were best-friends since we were 4. we're 13 now and since we were 9 she's been hanging around with other people at lunch time.It didn't bother me that much .She became way more popular but it was like nothing had changed outside of school.When we 1st went into 1st year in secondary school (in Ireland)and i was really happy that she starterd hanging out with me in school again.Now we're in 2nd year and we don't see each-other outside school that much and we don't hang out in school and we're only in three classes together.she still talks to me like everything is fine.She doesn't sit beside me in two of the classes unless her friends aren't there!Sheonly sometimes sits beside me in the other class but lately she hasn't even b...

For my English class, I'm supposed to select three current issues, and talk about each one. It's a research essay, where I'm going to need a quote for each issue as well.
The problem is...I'm not into current issues at all. I don't read the news, and I'm not properly educated. The examples she gave us were: racism, poverty, the war in Iraq, domestic or foreign terrorism, international relations, obesity, global warming, the national debt, ect). All of these political things, I would NOT be able to talk about. I know nothing about them. So I'm thinking of picking easier topics, such as racism...and maybe 2 others. I can think of Same-sex marriage and Abortion to write about, but I don't want to do either of those. Does any one...

Hey! Well this is the deal, and it will be long but I really need help at the moment and I ALWAYS rate :)
So anyways this summer I met this cute guy at work and even now we talk online, myspace etc. So he had a gf for a while and they broke up. On sat. we were going to go as a group with friends to 6 flags but ppl ended up not going so it was me and him. He was such a sweetheart. okay so this boy likes me and i like him and we have a lot in common but hes in a different group of people than i am in...this is my last year in the same state as him and i really want be at least friends with him....i think i really like hm because not just becuase of his looks lol. he seems nervous ..but what do you think i should do ...go up to him?

I am 5'3'' and i weigh about 134 lbs. i kno im not fat, but i am chubby in my stomach and legs and i am trying to lose weight and tone those areas within about a month. Anyone have any ideas as to what kind of exercises i should be doing to make my legs and stomach slimmer?
