i just want to get healtheier for summmer and spring...what workouts work and what should i eat and not eat...obviously junk food but like yeah all advice appreshieted

How long would it take to gain about 30-45 ponds? I eat fruits and fatty foods but weigh about 110 or something close? Don't tell me "oh you don't need to gain weight" I just need a straight forward answer.

im 5'9 and i weigh like 180 pounds. my friends joke around and call me fat, and my brother always picks on me and says im a muffin top. but it really does hurt my feelings ! because well i dont think im "fat" but i have wicked bad love handels. does anyone know an exercise i can do to make the go away fast? thanks!

The girls at my school that get the most attention have full bosies. Like, thick legs and fat asses. I am like a stick and I want to know how to gain weight like them. What do I eat and how much? My dad is skinny and he can eat whatever and not gain anything. I think im the same way? I know a lot of girls would find this lucky but I hate it. I want the bodies of girls you see on music videos with bow wow and chris brown! HELP

.i am having gut pains and cramps,
.i haven't been felling well (as in i fell sick)
.my gut and stumache are bubbling almost for like always,
please tell me if these r signs that i'm going to start my period!

Hi! Well, I'm 14/f. I've been working out, eating healthy, ya know. well, When I work out, I don't feel like I'm doing much. I'm kinda big, and trying to loose weight. The things I do when I work out are palaties, walk/run/jog on treadmil, weights, sit-ups, push-ups. So I do a lot, and I work out 5 times a week, so why aren't I seeing any results or feeling anything? How many months does it take to start seeing results? thanks!

if i start running everyday for like a hour or so will that trim like my stomach down too or just my legs?
i want to get toned but i don't know what to do about my stomach because i got my belly button peirced recently and i'm not comfortable with crunches yet.

Okay, so I'm starting to go to the gym almost everyday and I do the elliptical for 40 minutes and then I just play basketball for a little, but I'm working on getting some more arm muscle too. I am a 36C and I really don't like it. My boobs sag a little and I'm only 14. I bought this new bathing suit at Victoria's Secret but my boobs don't look good at all in it. My boobs are also kind of far apart even though they're big. How can I make them be sort of more..in/together? They sag a little and it looks like my boobs go out. And if I lose my goal of 20 pounds, will my boobs be smaller and more up there? I kind of want boobs that are in place. My friends who are A's and Bs have that.

Hello, I am a 17-year old female. I weigh 118 lbs, I'm not fat but my stomach is a lil chubby. I'm going on a trip in 1 month, what are some things that I can do, so my stomach can get a lil' flatter in a months time. Something thats going to really work. I'll rate anything useful. thanks

This is probably going to sound like a stupid question, but I was just wondering if that eating Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch everyday for 2 weeks will make you lose 6 pounds. I have the cereal and I've been wanting to try it, but I don't want to waste my time if it's not going to work! I appreciate all advice and information, thanks!

Well, I'm 5'6 1/2" and I weigh somewhere around 135-140. I was just wondering if that's average or overweight? A lot of people say,"Oh my gosh, you're a stick! You look like you weigh 110 pounds!" but I know that I'm not that skinny, I look like it, but I'm not. So, am I overweight for my height!? Thank you!

So 16/f/150lbs/5 feet tall. (my other question sorta thing can be found below).. the one about an obsession with chocolate.
Anyhoo. My parents bought me a gym pass & I want to lose ~30 lbs
I don't really have a huge problem with food, or atleast I don't think I do (toast + egg for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, and rice w/ some sort of meat... and fruits for snacking & water).
For the gym, which I will go to 3-4 times a week; my goal is to exercise off 600-700 calories on cardio equipment (elliptical/arc trainer thing/threadmill). I'm not sure how many calories I'd actually lose with weights ontop of the amount lost on cardio.
So yeah: How long will it take to shed 30 lbs?

Hey. Well, I'm 15/f. So I've been working out for about 2 months now and eating healthy. Well, I used to eat just about anything that I wanted. Now I've totally changed the way I eat, and I work out a lot more. I workout about 5 times a week. Well, when I look at myself in the mirror, like after a shower or something, I look like I'm getting bigger. And my mom and dad say that it looks like I'm thinning down, but I really do think I am getting bigger. And there is nothing else I can do. I eat healthy everyday, and workout most of the week. So what can I do. I'm not going to give up, because I reallyyyyyyy want to lose weight, but there is nothing else to do. So what am I doing wrong? Please help me!!!!! thanks!

I've recently decided to join the workout center called Curves. I was wondering if anyone could tell me some more about the routine there and what the equipment is like. I checked out the website but I didn't see any photos of the workout equipment so I'm pretty clueless and I'd really like to go in with an idea of the place.

f/14 5'3-4, 107-120ish
my scales broken so i dont know my exact weight
anyways i go to the gym around 3-4 times a week usually for an hour, sometimes an hour 15 minutes.
i also walk/jog/run with my dog ranging from 15 minutes to an hour each day (depends how much time i have)
on top of that im also a competitive figure skater so i do that 2-3 times a week
with all the candy and stuff from valentines day i put on a few pounds so im currently working to take that off
im trying a diet consisting of
strawberries, curves cereal with milk, special K protein bars
and depending on whats for dinner (fish, chicken)
i drink a ton of water instead of...

im 13/f and i weigh about 144 its kind of disgusting because im like 5'1 and i want to loose weight and fast. Is there a diet or something where i can loose it quick and still eat?
please help!!!!
and there is this dance coming up and i want to look really good.
p.s. its not all fat some or most idk is muscle because i work out constantly and i play sports.
