Quick Abs

Question Posted Tuesday February 26 2008, 11:03 pm

Hello, I am a 17-year old female. I weigh 118 lbs, I'm not fat but my stomach is a lil chubby. I'm going on a trip in 1 month, what are some things that I can do, so my stomach can get a lil' flatter in a months time. Something thats going to really work. I'll rate anything useful. thanks

Crunches work really well because unlike situps, they really target the abs specifically. Try doing some of them by lying on the floor with your knees up and your arms to your sides. When you do a few of them, you'll feel the burn in your stomach and know that it's working.

do a shit load of situps everynight. Pull a britney spears and do 500 a night. If you do that every night I am sure you will be happy with your tummy.
