yeah running can help burn fat but i heard that it isnt good to run but is better to just walk for like 20 mins a day because it burns fat and running gives you weak ankles in the future.

If you are interested in losing fat this will do just fine. Stomach exercises train the muscles, they do not burn fat from the area. It follows that you do not need to do crunches or anything else in order to trim your stomach.

In fact, by doing cardio you will be miles ahead of 99% of the people on this site who think they need to isolate the area in order to slim down.

Edit: Needless to say, no matter what you do your diet will make or break any attempts to lose weight.

It won't really work your stomach muscles, but if you're worried about being way overweight, running a lot will help you lose weight.

Since you can't do crunches try doing where you're laying on your back and both of your legs are in the air together & you don't bend your body but you lift your head up but it's not really crunching.
