if i start running everyday for like a hour or so will that trim like my stomach down too or just my legs?
i want to get toned but i don't know what to do about my stomach because i got my belly button peirced recently and i'm not comfortable with crunches yet.

In fact, by doing cardio you will be miles ahead of 99% of the people on this site who think they need to isolate the area in order to slim down.

Since you can't do crunches try doing where you're laying on your back and both of your legs are in the air together & you don't bend your body but you lift your head up but it's not really crunching. [ Annerszz_101's advice column | Ask Annerszz_101 A Question ]
