looks like its a joli dress.
type in joli prom.
it may even be from faviana.
they have a lot of dresses that look similar to that.
type both of those in a google search.

That looks like it'd be really expensive, & it depends on how much money you have, & where you live.
But just go on google or goto a store and show them the picture, & they can find you something close to it.
Try googling prom dresses, & see if you can find it.
