pounds im 13/f and i weigh about 144 its kind of disgusting because im like 5'1 and i want to loose weight and fast. Is there a diet or something where i can loose it quick and still eat?
please help!!!!
and there is this dance coming up and i want to look really good.
p.s. its not all fat some or most idk is muscle because i work out constantly and i play sports.

I advise you NOT to run, unless you can run long distances. You should power walk/jog :] as for the diet, fruits and vegi's. I know it's a pain but you'll look much better. Besides, fruits are naturally sweet. I eat things like banana's and strawberries ALL the time for some random little snacks. Plus I can sneak grapes into class he he he :b
