weight gaining How long would it take to gain about 30-45 ponds? I eat fruits and fatty foods but weigh about 110 or something close? Don't tell me "oh you don't need to gain weight" I just need a straight forward answer.

Do NOT listen to the retards who told you to eat junk foods!!! It may help you gain weight, but it will also lead you to high cholesterol and blood pressure, and maybe even a heart attack.
Stick to carbs and protein and make sure you weight train, which will build muscle. The key to gaining weight is eating more calories than you burn, but make sure they are HEALTHY calories. You'll gain that weight in no time. ]
it should take a month or two, depending on your metabolism, what you're eating, etc. to gain it in a month or two, you'd have to just keep eating junk which is incredibly unhealthy. you could do some weight training, it'll help you gain weight faster because muscle weighs more than fat, and it'll be a lot healthier. if you don't want to eat junk to gain weight, you can eat chankonabe, which is a very healthy soup that sumo wrestler eat to gain weight. it'll help you gain weight fast, but it's very healthy, so you'd probably lose the weight as fast as you gain it, depending on how much or how often you eat it. if you would like to try it, here are a few recipies i found online:

OKAY. here is my edited answer! lol
deffiently eat lots of protein keep about 30-35 grams of protein a day. that means lots of meat. but since your are a girl. you shoudl eat soem steak too because girls need to keep about a 15% body fat. and you need alot of iron to keep that weight on. make sure you eat lots of breads! the better the bread the better the weight will stick. sure you can eat some donuts and cake and soda and stuff but that is not going to just make you gain weight... and also that weight will fall off so easy if you cut down how much you eat. but like i said before. keep eating some veggies and stuff. (because your a girl make sure you get enough fats in your diet AND IRON!!.. so that means fish, beef, chicken, turkey, hams, bacon, eggs, salads) i hope it helps! ]
It always depends, but at least a couple of months. It will help if you do weight training in that time- that makes it healthy weight instead of fat. ]
I think the most you can gain in a month is like 30 lbs so I would say it takes about 2 months to gain 30-45lbs but you really gotta be binging and eating junk. The best thing I hear is to go on an italian diet, that is what the football players usually do. They eat a lot of pasta, a lot of bread and stuff like that. Then don't exercise. If you gotta exercise like you are trying to do football then just make sure that you eat more calories than you burn. So if you eat 1500 calories and then you work out and burn 500 calories during a workout, make sure that you eat another 500 plus more so that you will gain more calories. You can do it the healthy way to, like the sumo wrestlers always eat healthy fresh food but they just eat a lot of it and they eat more than what they work off. Hope that is good info. Peace. ]
