My niece is a High School graduate who dropped out of college in her freshman year. Although, she is not a "genius" she is probably an average student. She says she quit school since she was "bored". Since then, she has gotten 3 different jobs (sales clerk or receptionist) and has been fired from all 3. She keeps blaming the company. But, I think it is her attitude or something she is doing. Should I tell my sister that her daughter needs to go back to college? Should I tell her that instead of blaming the company, that perhaps it is something that my niece is doing (or not doing) that is causing her to be fired? I think my sister is in denial over her daughter.

I currently finished reading The Notebook and The Wedding. I absolutely LOVED the Wedding. I'm interested in those sorts of books, like true love, life-long companionship, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew any good books that I could buy at Borders. Ok, its not that urgent, but I just wanted to ask, ok, I am one of those people who think that dreams are sometimes like, a sighn, or a prediction. Well, latley I have had dreams about my ex-friend. She was nice at first, then she turned into a total brat, and now we hate each other. Anyways, about the dreams, one of them we became like, best friends again, another I called her and tried to appolagize and become friends again, and another she was at my best friends house. I dont know what this means! Please help me out!

Job searching with diabetes

I am a type 1 diabetic and have been since I was 14. Everthing is going good with my diabetes, but I am at an age where I will be looking at colleges and jobs. Does anyone know if there are special forms to fill out on applications? And if I am going to work, how do I inform my (potential) boss that I have special health issues?

I know that there are some people who are just naturally really skinny, but there are some people who are mega needle thin. Is that possible for people to be naturally that thin??? Brigitte Bardot had a 20 inch waist-----Scarlett O'Hara from "Gone With The Wind" had a 17-inch waist. 17 inches! Jesus! I just can't see how people can be just born that way.

ok well the other day i went to my grams house that i never go to and she said that i can come live with her if i want. i havent said anything to my mom is cause she will blow up at me and tell me that im not there enough to wanna move in. but my grams rules are alot cooler then my moms. im gettin a new remodled room later curfue and more TRUST which is wat i want. pluz she is rite by my friends and my dad. so i wanna go there but i dont wanna hurt my mom or have her get mad at me so how do i tell her? plz help ill rate high.

Ok here's the deal-
There's this guy that i really really like and we've been talking online wuite a bit but we never really talk that much in school. We get along so good and we have a lot in common. He's a senior and I'ma freshman this year. Seniors get out of school in the middle of May. My question is, should i try to pursue a relationship with him if he is leaving highscool in my and going off to college in Spetember? He is only going to be at college about an hour or less away.

Hey!! well you see...ive seen this one guy before...actually a couple times the only thing is ive never talked to hin before! i always see him with my cousin..he goes to the same school as my cousin. the only problem is im super shy and like he always has the girls around him..because i guess everyone is attracted to him. well i wanted to get to know him better..and my cousin knows i think he is hott! well my cousin thinks he is too haha but he recently just broke up with his girlfriend..or i think they are still broken up! i want to like get him to notice me..notice i exist! my cousin always asks to hangout with him..but things never workout so i never got to hangout with him before! i think if he actually got to hangout with me..and talk ...
