How does one get over negative feelings?

A question was posed to me by a friend having troubles in their relationship.
"How do I fall in love with them again?"
And I was at a loss. I tried to give logical answers. I tried to give suggestions. But truly I didn't have an answer. So now I'll lay it out for you to help with.

well one of my friends are cheating on their boyfriend and my friends don't like it.. her boyfriend goes to a different school.. she was suppose to make out witht he other guy at school but she couldn't cause of a stupid program..We want to tell the boy she is datin but we can't cause he might tell her he probably tells her everything and cause trouble..He has been hurt once or twice.. but we don't want him to get hurt again.. I take a shower pretty much every day, and straighten my hair every day. I know it gives you split ends and stuff but I get a lot of haircuts so that's not a problem. But is it unhealthy? Will it burn your hair?

You know the game sissy where you have your eraser and start rubbing your skin really fast with it and the first one to stop is a sissy? well I made a 2 on my skin just for the fun of it I was trying to make my ball number but it hurt to bad.. well will it make a scar? you can see it it's sorta swollen and red it feels like its raw or something..

Well today i approached my boyfriend that i told one of my friends he was cute. But it meant nothing because it was over myspace, and i was commenting his pictures. I mean being i have a boyfriend, i can't be super nice because then he'd get mad. He wasn't too happy about it but he said as long as it meant nothing that it's fine. And it didn't, see i think he's worried though becuase my friend that i called cute thinks i'm the most gorgeous girl he's ever saw and all that.
My thing is that i've tried telling my boyfriend that it means nothing in multiple ways, i've told him straight out, i told him not to worry, but i still have a feeling he does worry, because now he asks if me and my friend talk, and what we talk about.

This is a situation that involved four people and we are all mutual friends. Two guys (including me) and two girls. For about a year and 2 months I've cultivated a genuine interest in this woman. everyone at my school hates me.yesturday i got really upset so i didnt go to school today. We were talking on the phone and..a lot of people at my school dislike me. This hurt me a lot. i mean i knew i wasnt liked by everyone but i dont know what to do. apparently its because i "flip out" and this made me really upset, and now i think i should change so i am well-liked. what should i do? like, what kind of people would you be friends with?

Normal/Look good weight

Hello. I'm just wondering, but what's a normal weight for a 14 year old female, about 5'2. I'm not looking for 100% "normal" & "healthy" per say, more of what would look good? My best friend's has a boyfriend and about a month ago she found out that one of our other friends liked her. Co-worker says "Hi" all day long!

I need advice on how to deal with a co-worker. She's a VERY nice lady, she has strange little quirks about her. Most of them I can deal with.
However, one quirk that drives me (and the rest of the office coincidentally) absolutely bonkers is her need to say "Hi!" all day long. I get the brunt of it, sometimes between 3-15 times a day. I sit next to her and share a printer with her, so a lot of the time, she passes by she says it. I've been subtle, I've been joking about it.
