ok. i know this is a weird question. but everyone at my school just assumes im like a great dancer. but i have no clue how to dance. and a dance is coming up. and idn what to do. ppl are like...it just comes natural but idn. i would like to know how to you know?

alarm clock

ok i need some serious advice on how to make it so that i accually wake up when my alarm clock goes off because normally i just shut ot off and then go back to sleep... and i cant move it because there is no where else to plug it in. and ive tried moving it away from my bed but then when it goes off i just get up, bring it near my bed, and go back to sleep. i have no idea what to do... i cant go to sleep earlier because i cant fall asleep till 11, i dont get ttired till then....would some one help me please?

I've GAINED weight, how is that possible?

oh my gosh, you guys..I thought I was doing so great! 2 months ago, I measured my waist, and it was 77 cm all around, and since then I've counted every single calorie, worked out 30 minutes every day, both running and boxing and even some weight lifting, and also swimming, I made sure to keep it very variated, and today it's been exactly 2 months, and I looked to see my progress and it was 82 cm all arounf my waist! I've been crying for an hour now, how is that possible? How could I have GAINED weight, when I've done everything to LOSE weight?
I promise you I havn't cheated with what I've been eating, or my excersize..that's why I was so surprised, I thought I was doing so well!!
Help me please!!

already doing cardio; how to do weight

Hey fitness people! =)
I'm gettin ready for summer by changing my body into..well, fit and fabolous.
So I'm already jump roping/running 45 minutes a day, but recently I found out it won't make me lose weight + get a fit body unless I combine it with some weight lifting or workouts of those forms, so there's a problem with this; I'm under 16 and not allowed to join a gym.
How can I work on the muscle-building part of getting skinnier AT HOME? what can I do, that actually works, and won't need to by extra equipment? will just simple crunches and push-ups do? or do I acrtually need WEIGHT ?

How do i move on for my ex's?

my one ex was really protective i was allowed to talk to any guy. well when that was over he was still protective everythime i talk to a guy he would get mad and say im going to punch him in his face.
my other ex i really like i though there was nothing wrong with the relationship but he ended it.
its been about 5 mounth since my last boyfriend i have guys ask me out but i said no because i was over my ex or i din't want anything to happen to him. now that ex who was over protective moved away now im dont know how to get back in to dating them i dont know if im ready to move on.
how should i get over it and move on??

When i am at school, that is really the only time i have to do my myspace... (i have an hour in the morning before i acrually start school...) the stupid school blocked myspace with "websense"... this is what it says:

in school the other day me and a head of the guidance office. Got into a argument over if i was cutting A period. I told her i was in the school but didn't sign in right away because i didn't want to go to the detention room (T1).i told her i was at school in the cafe room. she keep telling me im lying to tell her the true. i started to yell and told her i know where the hell i was at. she kept saying in know what i saw but she had here times mixed up and when i told her about it she corrected here self. now at home i lost my computer right. my mom say i have to tell her im sorry for the way i acted but i feel that i didn't it in my own self defence. But this is not the only time she tryed to get me to lye or tell here were i was at.

Can't Forget Her...

About a year ago I fell in love with a very good friend of mine, she is in my classe and I didn't know how to tell her anther reason I remined quiet is she had a boyfriend, and when they broke up i helped her to get over it and fell even more in love with her...
After a while ,me for being such an idiot, I told her, things betwen us akwored for a while and later we talked and things went back to normal.She went back to her old boyfriend and again broke up with hum after half a year. Beacuse of all that I dicieded that It will be best for everyone that I would forget about her. It has been about a year since all that and I still can't get her out of my mind.....

my boyfriend just confessed to me another girl kissed him and he didn't stop her. I was really mad at first, but then I realized i have no right to be. You see, we're in a internet relationship and not meeting till late this year. I guess it's understandable that if someone in the flesh comes along and kisses you, you're not going to stop them. I think I would do the same too, admittedly. Everyone I've spoken to though thinks I should be madder than I am, because he cheated on me. I guess i'm a pretty laid-back person. We care about each other a lot, but I understand why he did it. I feel I should be mad at him for cheating though. I still want to go out with him, but everyone is telling me to break up with him. What should I do? And am I being too nice on him?

When i'm old enough [Im 16] I would a like to have a job that deals with child abuse.. idk what jobs there are but w.e is available to do to stop it that's what i wanna do..
so does anyone know of jobs that deal with this? how long i have to go to college? and that actually busts in on the parents and takes the kids away.. please help i would to help as soooon as possible.

I'm an extremely creative and unique individual and I need some career ideas. I've tried so many different things on I'm getting really discouraged. Nothing seems to "fit". I'm very artistic and thoughtful, I don't want just any old job. I'm not very intersted in going to a 4 year college. I would be interested in going for a 2 year degree. or any type of course work, trade school. But I could change my mind if the right thing came along. I know I don't want to do anything medical or anything related to mathematics, i've ruled that out for sure. This probably sounds ridiculous, but I have no direction and I'm out of ideas. I know I can't live off artwork.

ok so i've been goin out with this girl for like half a year now (i dunno really i lost count) and lately her sister (REALLY HER HALF SISTER kinda well they have the same mom) has been trying to get us to break up because she thinks i'm not good enough for her. her sister is really starting to get to her and my girlfriend won't admit it and she wants to handle this on her own. I WANT to help her cause whoever the hell makes my girlfriend mad should get what they diserve. her sister even mad her cry one time and she keaps on trying to get my girlfriend to dump me and go out with this kid lee (who i haven't met). my girlfriend says she can handle it but i can't i have to do something and she won't even give me my girlfriends sister's cellphon...

Well, I've been with my boyfriend for a little over four months, but I feel like we are drifting apart. The other guy I've liked but he's always had a girlfriend when I wanted to date him, I have the chance to be with him now, but I've got my boyfriend.
