how do guys grind. ive done it before and everything but like if i girl gets really into the music and starts like moving her lower bady foward do u follow her and stuff. also could you give me a basic walkthrough just so i kno im doing it right.

headaches and stomaches

for like a month, i have been getting headaches and stomach pains, not aches. also it hurts on my ribs too. its on and off. like for an hour i have a little headache and for another hour it hurts on my ribs or anywhere on my stomach. my doctor says im making myself get this by worrying. so im going to a counselor so we can figure out whats causing this to happen. can worrying or thinking about it really bring on stomache pains and headaches? also can this just be my period, remember it has gone on for a little over a month. do you think my doctor is wrong and i have a disease i can die from or will last forever? whats up?

so there is this boy..and he is one of my bestest friends. && we get along really well. and like seriously, whenever neither of us have a boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever we always end up liking each other!! and we've never actually gone out but pretty much have at the beginning of the school year.. && right now i'm single, and i had told one of my best girl friends that i will always kinda like him a lil bit and stuff and then now him and his girlfriend just broke up. and his girlfriend (well now ex) is a good friend of mine too!! and she broke up w/ him and he's really sad and stuff..and we are totally here for eachother so everything is all good..but i don't know if we are gonna end up liking eachother again, or any...

My 16th birthday is coming up in about 6 months. I know that seems like a long time, but my mom wants me to go ahead and have it planned this summer so i can book whatever I decide to do. But that's my problem. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! I can either have more people and do something less extravigant, but still kinda big. or something big with a few friends. I'm a girl, my birthday is in December, but i'm alergic to cold, so I cant actually be outside. I'm a 'princess'. lol. I want to do something fun. Not like go to a movie, and go to dinner. Something maybe that will bring out my inner child. haha. please help!

i need help with why i always seem to try to add another boy to my life when i already have one. Like right now i'm about to go with this one boy but then i ran into another one and decided to talk to him too. i know i really like the first one but i want to make sure my feelings r safe.i never really want to make problems but i do. When i do this am i just being dumb or am i just insecure about my relationships? please help! i rate 5s

Scared/Nervous/Worried..

Last night was my 8th grade graduation, and today was my last day of school. The past three years that I have been in middle school have completely changed the way I think, act, and obviously look. Everything changed for me in middle school. Everything HAPPENED. Especially last year, in 7th grade. I have so many memories that I had to leave behind today, that I don't want to forget. And even though some of them I don't really enjoy thinking about, they're still there and I can't help but remember them. I don't know why, but I really don't want to leave. Stomach Aching

Well, about 4 minutes ago, all of a sudden I got a sharp pain in my stomach, & now it is still there. If I touch my stomach it gets worse. It's not like a pukey kind of pain, its like someone shot it. It hurts so bad. I have two questions:
1. What would be the cause of this?
2. How can I get rid of it? FAST!

My mom & I are really close. She loves my dad and they've been together over 20 years. Her very first love has recently passed away. They had a serious relationship when she was 17. (She's 48 now) She saw his last name in the death notices and she's been severely depressed for awhile now. She had a very involved connection with this man and I feel so bad for my mom. They hadn't talked in years & she doesn't know what he died from either. She really wants closure, but I don't know how to help her. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

i have a boyfriend, lets call him [ X ] and my bestfriend is telling me she really likes this other guy, lets call him [ A ]. but everytime i'm hanging out with my bf X and my bestfriend, she's always flirting with him. and i think she might like him, but i dunno how to tell her to just stop w/o hurting her feelings.
anyone have any advice for a nice way to say "stop flirting with my bf!"

Bday invitations

Okay, well I'm 13/f turning 14 in july
This question is regarding my birthday party...my parents are allowing me a sleepover and i'm going to bring a few friends to an amusement park for the day. The problem is, the park admission is $20 per person and obviously that would be a large amount of money for my 4-5 friends, then my family, and me. I want my friends to pay for it, but what is a polite way to put it on the invitations? I was thinking a good way to go might be to write on there "instead of a gift, admission to the park is $20." or something of that sort. What do you guys think? Thx very much =] And yeah my bday is a month from yesterday (6/14) so I don't need the answers urgent... (like, tomorrow.) I dunno ...

im a 13 year old female. my mom is very strict about "getting enough sleep" and i have a VERY early bedtime. i have to be off the computer by 8:50 pm and i have to be in bed and be watching a half hour tv show from 9:00 to 9:30. i HAVE to be sleeping by 9:30 pm. even if im not done with homework or want to read a couple more pages of my book, I HAVE TO BE SLEEPING. so i go to sleep at 9:30 pm and wake up at 6:45 am. I think i don't need that much sleep. my friends go to bed at 11:30 and they are still wide awake at school. and what makes it worse is that i have the SAME exact bedtime as my 9 year old sister. thats 4 years apart!! i don't think it's fair and i don't think its neccessary to be sleeping by 9:30 pm i feel if i went to...

i am realy sceared about getting cancer because my mum had cancer she survived and my auntie had cancer she died they had the same kind my dads dad had cancer he died and now my mums dad had got cancer 2 differant types my head is so messed up worrying about it and worrrying about my mum how she is handling in first she had it then she watched her sister die now she has to watch her dad go through it i had just got my life back on track got great frends, family and a great job n i think i am gonna loose it all as i am depressed and spending loads of time on my own someone plz help me.
