Padded bra/puch up bra! It works very well. Just don`t a size that`s to big for you that way it will look very bad. =]

padded bras also, but make sure you go to victoria secret because they have the best bras ever and they really do make flat people look like they have something up top, LOL.

being a guy i really am not sure but there is always spending the money to get them bigger or as my friend told me get a padded bra there you go !!!!

Aways make sure you have a well fitted bra, NEVER wear one that is too small for you, it can cause you damage over time, as well as giving you ugly, lumpy looking breasts.
A balcony bra is good for emphasising cleavage and if you can get a padded one it helps even more. There are also special cleavage enhancing bras on the market, try going to an underwear specialist shop. They will measure you and find you the right bra for your size and requirements.
Most women do not wear the correct size bra, this is especially bad if the bra is underwired, as the pressure from the wires on the soft tissue of the breast can cause problems after time.
As for clothes, if you wear fitted tops, nothing loose, this will give the appearance of larger breasts.

low cut shirt with a bra cup size one size too small .. but not so small it looks like you have 4 boobs...just enough. it works liek a push up......i foudn that one out by accident and not having enough money to buy a bigger bra.

2 padded bra
3 push up bra or
4tihgten your bra straps and buckle it one more time
