how to grind
how do guys grind. ive done it before and everything but like if i girl gets really into the music and starts like moving her lower bady foward do u follow her and stuff. also could you give me a basic walkthrough just so i kno im doing it right.

with grinding, usually the girl leads. the most common way is with the girl dancing and the guy behind her, with his hand on her high thigh. just listen to the music and follow the beat, dont force anything. let it come natural. move your hips and bend your knees. you should follow her lead. she might give you something here or there, just smile and kiss her neck. and go with it. youll do fine, just dont worry about it. and im not realy sure what your talking about when you say she moves forward when she gets into the beat? ive never done that before..
