how to lose fat

Hi! I have a friend whose daughter is 12 years old and is 5'2 inches tall. She weighs 95 pounds and wants to lose her fat in her thighs and stomach. What kind of exercises can she do to lose that fat? and is it normal for a 12 year old to be 5'2 and weigh 95 pounds? she does not think she is over weight but she is pretty self- concious about her body. so what could she do to have a better looking body with her characteristics?

ok so everytime i eat anything, i bloat like crazy. but its not even bloating, its like my stomache seriously gets bigger instantly and i gain more weight.
im so scared of eating anything besides like fruit or something healthy.
i hate that it does that, especially since summer is right around the corner.
i really dont want to look like a whale when im at the beach.

does anyone know what i can do to keep weight off and not look so huge?
any exercises i can do at home that are fun and easy?

My frien had openly admitted she sniffs tip ex, inhales and goes through bottles a week. Im worried about her. She isnt sick, hasnt been sick or hasnt changed in my eyes. But i dont know is this is a really serious thing or not. She doesnt do it outside of work (i dont think). But has similar problems like sniffind nail varnish and polish remover. Just how serious is this. Is tipex not bad for you if you eat it?

im 5'5 and weigh around 120, i think my stomache is a bit over the limit. the rest of my body is normal tho. except right below my butt, its not thaat fit. does anyone know of any home work out type things?? like certain crucnhes or leg workouts of any sort that can help put me in shape and make my stomahce flat? like a 5 step kind of thing, or whatever, u know. anything would help:] thanks

Alright so i've been working out in my school gym for a couple days now for like 45 minutes do you think if i'm eating healthier and and working out in the gym for an hour everyday after school or maybe only like 3 days a week if i could lose like say 5 pounds or more within like two weeks i mean is it a realistic like diet or whatever

water pills

does anyone know where i can buy water pills? they make you lose water weight super-fast, apparently. and i put salt on evveryythingg, so obviously, i retain water. and dont tell me to stop using salt, thats not the issue. but if anyone can tell me where to buy them, around how much they cost, and are they sold to minors without parental consent? im 16. im not going to abuse them or O.D. or anything, water weight just sucks. thanks! 16/f/USA

Boobs higher

I'm 14/f. I'm 5'9 and weigh almost 155. I really really want to lose weight. After this week, because of some many tests and projects, I'm going to the gym again. My main problem is my boobs. I'm a C/36,and I want to be a small C/34 (I want a c/34 to be a little big on me) and I want smaller boobs!! They are sagging and I don't know what else to do about them. I'm planning to lose 30 pounds but I need to learn some pectoral exorcises to keep them from sagging. I hate having these saggish boobs that kind of go to the side because of my current weight. They're like fat boobs. I want smaller, higher boobs! HELP!

when girls lose weight it is possible for their chests if you know what i mean, to decrease in size, but how do you know if what you already have is from fat? how can you estimate how much youre gonna lose?

Ok, so i'm going to an event with my school on Thursday. I need to dress up, the only problem is, the dress shirt i want to wear is just a little tight, and shows a little weight around my hips.

Personally, i dont' think i am fat at all, but i just want to drop a couple pounds, and make my stomach look thinner by thursday so i can wear the outfit i want to wear, and look alright in it.

Couple anyone suggest easy exercises that would help my stomach and ab region. Right now, i'm doing at least 50 v-ups at least 100 crunches, and about 25 pushups along with a few other exercises thrown in. I've been doing this for a while, and it doesn't bother me at all or hurt my ...

Lose Weight and Keep it off.

I'm 14, 5'4" and weigh about 150 pounds. HELP! i really wanna lose some weight cause i dont even appear to be as fat as i weigh but some fat is getting on my stomach and it cant all just be sucked in so i wanna exercise it off somehow. also my thighs are getting a bit big and my butt too so what are exercises i can do to fix those? and i know what healthy foods to eat but what other foods would help boost my metabolism amongst other things that can help me lose weight quick? in addition to that ive been getting tired a lot during the day.. what healthy things could i eat to get more energy? and whats a good way to increase my stamina with running, cause i need it for sports i do but i cant just suddenly start running. i need help help ...

What can I do? im 14, and so far I've been 5'4" ever since I was like 12. I had a big growth spurt from 4'8" to 5'4" but i dont want that to be the end. cause my dad's around 5'8 and my mom's about 6'0. my older sister is already 5'9 and my baby bro is already tall for his age.. i really want to get taller, what can i do? would losing weight help? i'm about 150 pounds now and i did this thing on a site and when i lowered my weight it said i'd be a few inches taller because now apparently my adult height will be 5'5. im already nearly 5'5 too.. so that would really suck. i really hate feeling short as other kids now going through puberty get taller, and i dont wanna wear highheels all my life either. i checked this site

hungry all the time

I've been eating really well for the past couple of weeks, and even though I've been exercising a lot I haven't lost any weight! I'm not overweight, so it doesn't bother me that much, and I feel healthy. The problem is, I'm always hungry! I'm not eating as much as I used to, but I'm still eating enough, I'm really not cutting calories by very much at all. If I'm this hungry shouldn't I be losing weight? and also, what could this be, I'm not growing, i'm not pregnant.

any insight, or suggestions on how I stop this stall in my weight loss, because I should be losing weight considering my diet and exercise regimen.

Feet troubles with character shoes.

I'm currently in rehersals for a musical theatre show. I had to buy character shoes (there's a link to a picture at the bottom of the question) and now every time I wear them my feet hurt so much that it's almost unbearable. I've worn much higher heels before and had no problem. The shoes aren't too small, either. Right now, my feet are throbbing and I took my character shoes off more than an hour ago. My real question is: does anyone have any ways that I can a) make my feet hurt less while wearing my charcter shoes or b)help make my feet feel better when I'm at home?

Ok, so I'm 16/f, I'm quite athletic and I weigh exactly 130. I really want to lose about 5-10 pounds, I don't think I'm fat, I just know I would perform better and feel better if I was lighter. For the past two weeks or so I've been eating about 1200 calories a day and exercising about an hour, and I've calculated it so that I've got about a 1000 calorie deficit a day, so that I'd be losing 2 pounds a week. It worked last week, but I did the same thing this week, and I'm still exactly 130! I've been working really hard and I feel that I should have lost some weight. I also got my period this week, so bsically I'm asking, why do you guys think this happened? What can I do to lose weight, and should I just give up? I don't want to work really really hard again this week and have no results!

Drinking water

I've recently been trying to lose weight but I drink a lot of water. Like I'll drink a lot of water and I feel fat and stuff. Does water make you gain weight for a period of time or something because of the weight of all the water? I don't know I feel full and stuff when I drink a lot of water.

so im pretty in shape, but i have some extra fat here and there (especially my inner thighs, love handles, and stomach) if I rode my bike about 6 km (3 there and 3 back) every about 3 or 4 days, would that make my leaner and skinnier? or would it just replace the fat with muscle and leave me looking "bulky"
