I've been eating really well for the past couple of weeks, and even though I've been exercising a lot I haven't lost any weight! I'm not overweight, so it doesn't bother me that much, and I feel healthy. The problem is, I'm always hungry! I'm not eating as much as I used to, but I'm still eating enough, I'm really not cutting calories by very much at all. If I'm this hungry shouldn't I be losing weight? and also, what could this be, I'm not growing, i'm not pregnant.
any insight, or suggestions on how I stop this stall in my weight loss, because I should be losing weight considering my diet and exercise regimen.
Also, try drinking a glass of water before every meal. It tends to fill you up faster so you don't eat as much. Also, if you still hungry after just recently eating a big meal, ad don't want to snack, drink water again. It will fight hunger pains (plus, sometimes your not really hungry just thirsty)
Hitoast answered Sunday April 6 2008, 7:51 pm: You need to balance out your exercise and dieting. If you exercise more than you eat, your metabolism will get higher, causing you to burn the calories and fat quicker, meaning you'll get hungry more often, and much easier. Whenever you get these waves of hunger, try drinking water or eating some veggies or fruits :] goodluck! [ Hitoast's advice column | Ask Hitoast A Question ]
