Did you ever think you know, it could be a SMALL allergic reaction to certain foods? I would suggest getting like a test on what your allergic to, I know I know it totally sucks with like the needles but I'd reccomend it. Or, sometimes Cheese or like dairy products make you bloat or your stomach gets bigger, it could be salt, and possibly sugar too. Because healthy things my guess is, don't have much salt, and a lot of people I know blow up like baloons when they eat salt. There could be a pattern in the certain foods you eat. So then you know what makes you get bigger so you can avoid it :] .
For the exercises, you can go to the gym and do those, go on runs, some fun ones? I know seventeen magazine has a lot of weight loss exercises you could do a lot, and then maybe you could look up different exercises on google. I really hope something helped. :] [ volleyballgamer's advice column | Ask volleyballgamer A Question ]
WorkingItOutAsBestICan answered Saturday April 12 2008, 9:55 pm: Junebug93 is right...my dad has diabetis and our diet changed alot so we eat alot healthier...Diet pops and flavored waters work really good too when we switched from regular pepsi to diet pepsi i lost five puonds so that will help. Also if you must have sweet stuff like candy or cake either get sugar free or splenda made stuff that will help too.As for the execise none of them are all that fun but maybe grab a cd player or an mp3 player and take a run or jog and little changes wil help alot!!!
junebug93 answered Saturday April 12 2008, 9:15 pm: It's natural for people to be a few pounds heavier at the end of the day than at the beginning. Whatever you are noticing is probably more due to paranoia than anything =].
That said, healthy eating is fairly easy to do once you get the hang of it. Reduce the amount of fried and processed food you eat, and eat lots of whole grains and leafy greens. Replace the amount of chips and soft drinks you eat with water, milk, and nuts/fruit/sticks of cut up veggies (or, you know, things that look healthy-ish and tasty from a local food store). Do some sort of aerobic exercise for 20-30 minutes three times a week.
Probably, for exercise, the best thing you can do is join some sort of club or team, so that you'll have more motivation to work out. But in any case, at home, some easy things to do at home are crunches in front of the tv, dancing around to music, walking a family pet, ect. ect.
