anyone know of any good stay at home workout type things? im 5'5 and weigh around 120, i think my stomache is a bit over the limit. the rest of my body is normal tho. except right below my butt, its not thaat fit. does anyone know of any home work out type things?? like certain crucnhes or leg workouts of any sort that can help put me in shape and make my stomahce flat? like a 5 step kind of thing, or whatever, u know. anything would help:] thanks

Well i know a great methond on how to get that stomach in shape just order the red chair. It comes with a video and everthing its small it fits everwhere. Its not like those big machines you have to keep in your basemant. You body gets fit evertimes you use and it only cost your 20 buck cant bet that for million dollar abs. ]
well i don't know about good work out routines, but i do yoga and i'm in good shape for my height :D If you go on youtube they have some great yoga workout routines :D start with one for beginners and work your way to experienced :D you sort of need to watch it to get the idea, i wouldn't be able to just tell you :D liz ]
