Well personally i think the amount you work out is definitely a decent amount considering how little most americans do. So i wouldn't' believe crap that days its hardly anything (unless yoru like a body builder). It shouldn't affect your period unless you start severely dieting and lose tons of weight along with it. Then it might cause you to miss periods while yoru body conserves energy and all that stuff.
If yoru just working out and everything, it shouldn't affect you. Once again, thats definitely a decent amount ]
