if you work out like a decent amount to a lot

will that effect how often your period comes/cycle or make it more irregular?

So i wouldn't' believe crap that days its hardly anything (unless yoru like a body builder). It shouldn't affect your period unless you start severely dieting and lose tons of weight along with it. Then it might cause you to miss periods while yoru body conserves energy and all that stuff.
