i noticed that it works my stomach and legs,
what exactly does it work?? and would it make me lean if i kept doing it a couple times a day? or would it make me all muscled up? because i want to be lean...

Considering the fact that you just learned it, your body probably isn't used to the movements which is probably why you feel it working your stomach and legs. Yeah, it works your stomach and legs, as well as yours arms. I wouldn't say it would make you all muscled up, but it would probably make your muscles a bit tighter. Which is a good thing! No flab! :D
