i have this problem where some days my stomach is flat and some days it isn't. it really never depends on what i eat it just randomly happens. is there any exercises that i can do ever night to make sure that my stomach will be flat the next day? everynight i do 17 sets of 10 crunches (that is 170 crunchs if you didn't feel like doing the math =D], 50 bicycles, and then i stretch out my abs.

rainy days

how can i get motivated to excercise on rainy days? I do not have any excersize equiptment in my house, and on sunny days i like to go for a jog, a walk, or bike ride. On rainy days however, I am either too lazy, or don't know how to excersize indoors. Any suggestions?

does anyone know if Garnier Fructis Long & Strong shampoo and conditioner system actually works? does it really make your hair stronger so it can grow longer or do they just say that so you will buy it? i'm looking to grow my hair out longer and i heard about this shampoo and was wondering if it really works.

disgusting stretch marks

I'm not sure if I have the right category for this but I have these horrible stretch marks a little below my butt...and since it's summer I want to go out to the beach in a bathing suit but I dont know what to wear to cover my gross butt while looking cute & girlie. I have tried to get rid of the stretch marks for years but they aren't going away. Is there anything I could wear like a type of swimsuit or is there anyway to hide them? Thanks!

I am wondering if this really works? I mean if the air in the car is really that hot, and it's hot outside how is this going to work?

Hi everyone. Welll Whenever i talk to my mom about my friends and their boyfriends and like i wana talk about mine...i chicken out. I don't know what to do to tel my mom about my boufriend. Its kind of enbarresing in your personal life...my friends feel the same way as me but some girls can tell their mom anything.

okay, so i'm 14/m, and she's 14/f, and i've known her for a really long time as a friend, and i've had a secret crush on her forever now.
so i said to her the other day, "hey, do you wanna go see a movie or something on friday" and she looks at me like i'm crazy. i've never really had a girlfriend before, and i think i totally f*cked up our relationship. she won't even talk to me anymore. anyone got some advice that could help?

I am really confused what to do. Long time ago when I was 13, I met a guy who had a crush on me. It developed until I felt the same way. that guy was 3 years older than me and he felt I was too young so he decided not to pursue anything beyond friends.
