Google this thinger called Oxysicise (i think that's how you spell it) It's this workout thing where you breath a certain way. THe fastest way of losing weight is by breathing. NO KIDDING. My mom lost 20 pounds in 2-3 weeks. JUST BY BREATHING. It really works!! And it tones your muscles too...so you're getting even more benefit from it. TRY IT! I do it..and it's working for me. If you wanna lose like 5-6 pounds, try it for a week. or more...people are different...but it WORKS. Good Luck! [ x_designerxdrug_x's advice column | Ask x_designerxdrug_x A Question ]

I would consult a dietician but i would say, replace one meal with cereal. So you would have breakfast, lunch and cereal for dinner, then next day just eat normal and the day after go to the breakfast, cereal for lunch and normal dinner. repeat this eating habit. Now work out for 30 hour everyday. 15 min walking, 5 min jumping rope, 5 min run.
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Monday June 26 2006, 11:28 pm: well you should be able to lose 5-6 pounds in about 3 weeks if done properly. you should definitly watch what you eat and cut down on unneccisary calories. Then make sure you work out about 5 days a week for about an hour each day. you can run, bike ride, do DDR (dance dance revolution video game), dance, jump rope, swim, and sooo much more. and drink A LOT of water, aim for 5-6 bottles a day.
