Hives/rash

I have had a rash for about 6 weeks, there was a change in detergent and also cleaners but have corrected both of these. I have been to the dr 2x's and the itching is driving me crazy. I have done the aveno, sterode shots, steriode cream, zertic, claritan hive pills, all over counter anti-histmine. I am at a lost, the rash does not form a blister, is under the skin until I scratch it and then it whelps. Any suggestions.

Long Distance

Ok..soo i met this guy at a baseball game and he got my number from one of my guys friends. So he called me that night..and now we talk on the phone every night. And i mean we're starting to like eachother but the problem is..he lives like an hr n 30 min away. We really want to hang out..cuz we've only met once. But the problem is..it wont be awhile till come up there again..like the end of the summer. WHat should i do?

Sore Throat getting worse!

I've had a sore throat for about a week maybe 2 and it jsut won't go away. it hurts when i swallow food or drinks and when i speak its hurts sometimes. i've drank a lot of water and had a lot of tea. I don't know what else to do, any suggestions?

hi im 16 f and hes 14 m. the other week we only just started talking (on msn) and we got very close and he seemed very caring and loving towards me, he then asked me out and i said yes..he lives close by and we get along very well but my only question is...does it matter whether hes 2 years younger than me?

This guy liked me for several years. He told me and asked me out several times. I started to like him too. We decided to try it out, and for several months we were blissfully happy. And then it all went wrong. I got mad about something I heard about him cheating on me, he got mad I didn't trust him and dumped me on the spot. First issue in our relationship and we're over. He then expected me to be friends with him but I said screw you and blocked him.
My mom reckons he was just using me. I just can't understand why he would, but then why would he give up on me so easily? I know he had liked me a long time yet one bad thing happens and it's over. Just like that. No attempt to work things out.

ok...here is how it is...i used to be a happygolucky child then my cousin changed and i acted cool like her but i was so young people thought it was cute...but now i am wearing pink clothes...listening to green day....and hard rock!!!!!! what is wrong with me? and sometimes i want to dye my hair black somtimes i come to my sences and say ..no i would look bad with it...then i turn goth and get moody...then another i am happy sweet loving child..which should i choose..and why am i going through this because i need to make a decision because i am getting new clothes and it would be stupid to be totally opposite..my friends think i am weird because i always have opposite feelings one day and another..goth..prep..punk...prep..punk..goth...it ch...

evolution vs. religion

ok well..... i am not sure to believe in evolution or religious ways cause i mean if you look at the videos from the eighties like Aha 's "take on me" video ...the women and men look different and i actually believe in evolution because i look in pictures from long time ago and only SOME people look different from present day people and some look like they are from our time..so.. i also want believe that we came from god because we all look different..and we are NOT attracted to EVERYONE...because we all look different right? i believe in both...so..this is so confusing please help lol.. i cant take it!!!!

Okay so I've been with this boy for nine almost ten months. We've done everything (except he never went down on me if that even matters) But the thing is he went out with a girl for 9 months on and off before we went out and this girl and i have never really gotten along. To put it in the nicest way, i hate her with a passion. Recently i have found out that they were talking on the phone..... and knowing her she probably either likes him still or wants to break us up. She has said that she hates him so much blah blah and a bunch more bull shit but then shes now talking to him? i dont get it. I know i am extremly jelous and in my case its not a good thing. I am a nervous reck all the time. He is in nationals for 6 days which is no big deal b...

ive been on birth control for awhile now..maybe almost a year or a little less? but nothing seems different im still having my normal periods for about 7 days at the regular times. does this mean if i ever have sex that its not gonna be effective? or how do you know if your taking birth control that it is working. because my mom always asks if my periods are any different and im like nooope. and shes like jeeze maybe its not working! but i know she wont make an appointment with the doctor to talk about it so i was just wondering what you all thought.

self concious..

lately ive been so self concious about my nose.i think its really big and is the only thing that stands out on my face. everytime i talk to someone i think they are staring at my nose. im not gonna go and get plastic surgery or anything but is there anyway to boost my self confidence?! im 15/f and not to sound like conceited or anything but alot of people say im so gorgeous and i just dont see it! ive never had a boyfriend and i WAS crushin on this really cute kid but now he has a really really pretty girlfriend. im jealous. for some reason im jealous of so many girls! i know people have said just say your beautiful or name off your good traits but thats not gonna help ME and i know it. ahh any other suggestions? thanks.

GOOD WAYS FOR BIRTH CONTROL

How can I bring up wanting birth control to my mom? I dont think she ever had sex until she was married..and she was brought up in a strict christian home (no sex until marriage) but i dont find a reason wrong with sex before marriage. I am 16/f and ive been going out with my boyfriend for a little more than a year now. I love him and he loves me and we are sexually active (condom every time). I cant let her know I am sexually active because i dont think she would understand. Should i start pretending to complain about cramps so she will get hints or whaT?????????

Control BIRTH

I dont know how to bring up the issue of birth control to my doctor. She knows my mom somehow and I think its weird for my moms friend to know i want to go on birth control. I dont want my mom knowing that I want to go on birth control.. But theres no way that I can get it without getting a prescription, meaning my mom would have to know!?? right???

I want to go on birth control for sexual and period reasons. I heard that when you go on birth control you only get your period once a month for like a DAY or TWO. To me, that alone seems worth it. My periods are really irregular and annoying though. PLus, I am a sexually active teen with my boyfriend who i am in love with. (we use condoms too)... But yea.. how could i bring it up to my mom without seeming like im in way over my head?
