How do I become more motivated to exercising?

I'm a very laid back person, completely lazy with myself. I don't feel like taking walks or riding my bicycle because I'm alone when I do that. The only way I want to exercise is if I had a buddy to go with.. no one is available though. And the only thing I have at home are dumbells to lift, and my mother has a small gym area where she works with machines like treadmills and other things for muscles.
But maybe I should just try to take walks/ride my bike by myself? I'm really lazy with that though.
Is there another way/another exercise that I can do inside the house that will get my heart beating and going, make me breathe a little hard?

My boyfriend is too gangster He smokes, he drinks, and he's always out in the streets. He's very jelous and gets mad to easily. We argue alottt for the littlest things. At parties he doesnt like me talking to other guys and I sure don't because im scared of what he could do to them. I'll say this... he is very respectful and very careing. Also very sweet, I feel protected. It's just, it bothers me he drinks and sometimes is to cold with me when we text. Also i dislike the fact he gets mad alot. What should I do or say? Im 16.

My mom and I have a great relationship. We go to lunch, movies, and other fun things together all the time. My dad and I used to be close and occasionally, we still do fun stuff together, but he gripes a lot and sometimes, he can take the fun out of stuff because he gripes all through it. In the past, I spent all of the time I was home in my room and my dad and I don't even have dinner together anymore because he has to eat way early. On Halloween, I had a bad health scare and that night and November 1st, I spent time in the living room watching tv with my parents (I don't like to be in my room alone when I'm scared about something). My dad said he really liked me spending that time with him, so I've kept it up since then and it's been nice...

hi, we have been together for a 3 and half years now. we love each other and we live together. he's a single father and he has a kid with his ex girlfriend. it's just that sometimes when i hint him to buying me a ring or does he see me marrying me in the future he always replies by saying, ''u never know'' or he just changes the subject with a smile, which i don't understand. i'm thinking now, he's not that serious about me even though he says he loves me and sees us in the future. so, guys if a guys changes a subject, what exactly does he thinking? thanks

There is this cute that I always pass on my way to my 9:00 am class. I either pass him on the way there or the way back. Basically, all we accomplished was eye contact, haha. I want to talk to him but I'm the type of person that won't talk to someone unless there is a reason. I think it's weird, and it'd make me feel uncomfortable if he didn't seem enthused, for me to go up to someone that I do not know and just say "hey, I'm ___!" First of all thank you for taking the time to read this. I almost vision myself being famous. I want to use the money I'm famous with and help other unfortunate people. I just feel in life all I want to do is help people, i'm not so sure a school counselor is going to cut it. I can't really sing well, and I have never taken dance lessons but I obviously can dance. One of my good friends started talking to this guy on Facebook who claims to be from Europe and famous in Europe. She showed him to me today and I just get a weird vibe from him and when I mentioned this to her she got mad at me. Does anyone have any idea who this may be? Is he famous in Europe? He looks like he might be in a band but I dunno, I don't want her to get messed with by a fake and she doesn't seem willing to listen to me.

Basically what I need figuring out is what to do with a guy whom I cared deeply about in my past, whom has come back into my life about a year and a half ago. Increase my sex drive?

Hi, I'm 20 and my boyfriend has a sex drive so much higher than mine. He really tries to retain himself and I appreciate it loads and I try to convince myself to be in the mood but in all honesty I very rarely think "I need sex." -In fact I never think that.
I mean, I enjoy sex when it's happening but I can't seem to get myself ready, maybe because it always hurts me at the start (I'm not a virgin and we have done plenty of foreplay but it always seems to have a bit of a sting regardless, after a few seconds it feels much better though). I don't want this to ruin my relationship as I love him greatly so is there anyway I can increase my sex drive for him? so I'm ready whenever he is??
