What Would Be a Good Gift to Send an Inmate?

I have recently began a pen-pal type friendship with an inmate in prison. It is through an actual pen-pal program that allows anyone (18 and over) to write letters to an inmate in prison to provide support, advice, and overall friendship for them since contact with the outside world is rare. For Christmas, I planned on sending him a card, but what would be another good item to send? I need something small, inexpensive and easy to ship, obviously that would also be allowed in prison?

Methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy

At the end of September i received a shot for an etopic pregnancy. My cycles are not normal at all, i usually get my period every month or every two months sometimes three. I was told that when my body goes through a cycle is when i will release a blood clot. It's been two months and its finally happened. Does it just turn into a period for a week or two? Has anyone gone through this or have any info. I already know the side effects from the shot since i had those when i actually got it.

Small downstairs...what to do?

Hi,
So I've never had an issue with the size of my penis. However, I always hear that women like well endowed men, and I have been told a few times that I am "small". Its starting to become an real issue for me now. I feel realy self concious about it when I'm around my girlfriend. She's said its ok, but I still seem to worry.
What are some safe and proven ways to make it bigger?
'Excercises' dont seem to do too much, and surgery seems really radical.
Pills sound like they work, but I am really reluctant to start taking. Are there any pills that are proven safe, effective? And do they make permenant changes (or does it go small again when you stop taking them for a month?)?

My boyfriend and I are in the 8th grade. We've been dating for 9 months but we've been having trouble on coming up with interesting topics to talk about. Any ideas? Also, I broke up with him because it seemed like he didn't like me and well I started to miss him and my friends took me to the bathroom and talked to me. There's this one girl that's good friends with my boyfriend and she said I'm all he talks about. In class he kept glaring at me, then after school, someone texted me Hey and I said who is this and it was my boyfriend. He was telling me how much he loves me and he apologized and he asked if I wanted to get back with him and I said yes. He has asked me about our future together too. Missed pills early period

So I'm on my third week of pills and missed a few. I got my period sunday and it is now wednesday. i've been continuing my pills in hopes that my "period" would go away because i really don't want it for this weekend (starting thursday). unfortunately, my period has not stopped. I have stopped it before, but that was by using a brand new pack of pills during a placebo week. If i start a new pack tomorrow will it go away? is the third week of the pack different than the first week? how do i make this period stop? i dont really care if it messes up my cycle. thanks

I'm 25 and a female.
A little background on me: I'm a very strong, independent woman. I live on my own, and I've been through a lot on my own. As a result, I can be distant and sometimes forget to include people in my life. I'm going after a Master's degree in clinical psychology in the fall, but in the meantime I'm doing social work. The amount of paperwork required for my program has me working 50-60 hours a week. I also have a lot of medical problems going on right now, and it's been really tough. My boyfriend is about my age, and he lives almost hour away.
I feel like I have nothing to talk about with him recently. It seems like all I do is go to doctors' appointments, go see clients, do paperwork, try to squeez...

14/f i have a cell phone plan with my sister and mom. my mom has the SCH-U450 and my older sister has the iPhone5 that she just got on our plan about a month ago. i'll be 15 in january and my plan ends then on my birthday. it was a 2 year contract and i was looking at my verizon account online that i just made and it said on the "free phones" tab at the bottom that the iPhone4 is free with a 2 year contract. what does that mean? can i get this phone if i trade in my phone which is the LG octane becasue my contract will be up soon? how much will it be for the actual payment for the phone itself and the month to month payment with data and everything? same goes for the iphone5 it says that it is 200 with 2 year contract? thanksss

Stress related weight gain

I used to be skinny, active and in shape. When I was 16 my dad passed away the night before my brother was on trial for something he didn't do. Two days later, my brother was convicted to 15 years in prison and he is innocent. It's been 3 years and I've gained 70 lbs. I've tried every diet out there. I've also tried taking phentermine. My brother lost alot of weight on it, but it made me really sick. I really believe I'm gaining due to stress. Does anyone have any good weight loss (diet and excercise) plans that have worked for you? P.S. I have a broken bone in my foot, so my range of excersise is limited. Thank you so much.

So i have isolated myslef. Gained weight. Put a lot of pressure on my future sucess. but i believe i might be way to afraid to actually do anything about it, making it all happen. A friend of mine lent me a her box set of a tv show and i have been watching it non-stop. Litterally going through my day dreaming of the moment i can just get home and watch my show. I mean, my friends are great, my marks arent bad, but why would i feel so glum?

I don't know if this is weird or normal, maybe someone can tell me. After every break up with a boyfriend I can't stand the sight of a guy for months, which is probably normal, but then I start looking at girls and finding them really attractive. I've always considered myself straight, and I'm never attracted to girls, only in the months following a break up. Then I go back to being my straight self not even looking at girls, and I can't even think of being involved with one. Maybe it's the anger I have after being lied to and dumped by so many guys, I can't stand the sight of one and instead wanna go to the girls. What Kind of Watch Dog Should I Get?

I need a good watch dog. I've had a doberman and german shepherd that I liked very much because they were sweet to people they knew and scary to people they didn't. Later, I got a golden retriever, which was much less intimidating, but made a better watch dog than I'd think and was the best all around dog I've ever had. Ever since he died a year and a half ago, I've thought about getting another one, but am scared it wouldn't be as good of a watch dog. There are some cute saint bernard puppies for sale and I've heard that they make very good dogs, but my only worry is how big the thing will get.
