how do you talk to someone you really like. i am so nervous about doing it. we know each other very well. from talking on the computer. but face to face, i just cant do it. how do i seem calm and collective? i want him to like me.

14/f.my mom and my neighbor go walking 2 miles or more every night. last year i started going with them, but now i'm starting not to. i know that it is good exercise, but i'm just kind of embarrassed to be seen walking with my mom and my neighbor. i know that sounds mean but its true. sometimes we walking laps around the neighborhood and sometimes we walk outside the neighborhood where other people and people i go to school with can see us. what do i do? and i'm not going to tell my mom that i'm embarrassed to walk with her, that is just too mean.

R foot bigger than L foot?

okay, this is really creeping me out now. My dad measured my height and he noticed that my right foot is bigger than my left foot. I've played soccer for 6 years and i'm a righty... is it because of this? heres a picture

Okay so I have this friend, Bianca. Her and her boyfriend Joe are taking a break as of yesterday. They are honestly like the closest couple you would EVER meet. I have two best friends that I've been hanging out with all summer A LOT. One takes me with her family everywhere and for the last year I've spent my life at her house.
My other friend takes me to theme parks, pays for my food, and takes me lots of other places.
Another friend takes me to pro baseball games a lot.
I never have my friends over (cuz i live in the middle of the woods and there's nothing to do at my house) and I never take them places.
I feel like its my turn to do something really fun, but I don't know what to do.
I have a ginormous basement... and my room has nothing to do in it.. so i usually use the basement.

So I have this HUGE crush on this guy. But 'this guy' is no ordinary guy, he's the most popular guy ever! I know we have a lot in common and we would be perfect for eachother. I just finished my "popular" style song for my piano lessons. My only problem is...
WHAT SHOULD I PICK NEXT??
I don't like classical style much. I like really any kind of top 40 music, rock, alt., movies, anything but country really (sorry country people!)
I've been playing for seven years so "toughness" is no issue.
What are some songs (not necessarily just for piano... even songs like Dirty Little Secret that's been transcribed into piano form) that would be cool to play/hear on the piano?

I really want to go to my absolute favorite bands concert this year. However, my parents refuse to let me go. Ive already approached them very maturly about it, offered to pay for myself, said i can go with my 17 year old friend (im 15) and what not. They say there is drinking and drugs done at concerts. They say even if you dont take any drugs, if someone near you has them, then you are associated with them, so you can get in just as much trouble. Does anyone have any ideas on how to convince them? hair straightener

i have two of the same straighteners because me and my sister have to share. well the one that my sister uses is AMAZING i love it. but the one that i'm stuck using (the newer one) and it doesn't work as good. it snags my hair on the corners of the straightener, and it is 'stiffer' than the other one so it takes longer to straighten. i use the Professional Instant Heat Straightener with Ultra-Hot Ceramic 2" Plates. here is the link to it:

can someone tell me why it is doing this and what i can do to fix it? i can't get a new one becuase we already have two and my mom wont buy me a new one unless one breaks.

Halloween Costumes

I am 15/f. Every year my two best friends and I do themed group costumes, but they're always homemade and somewhat original ideas. For example, last year I was a washing machine, one friend was a dryer, and the other friend was a basket of dirty clothes. The year before that, I was dental floss, one friend was toothpaste, and another friend was mouthwash. And the year before that, I was a picnic table and one friend was a bag of groceries (the other friend was sick). Anyway, our costumes have always been really "out there." Do y'all have any funny themed costume ideas for three teenage girls? They need to be appropriate (nothing implying sex or anything). Thanks!
