MelLeDisko answered Friday August 25 2006, 2:51 pm: I've only had about two or three people literally go to my column and put a question in my inbox. I don't just sit there and wait around, because nobody knows your username from when you first make one, you got to get yourself known. So one the left hand side, find the words "GIVE ADVICE" and then go to "RANDOM QUESTION" or "VIEW QUESTIONS" and they'll show you a bunch of questions you can answer and you just answer them. So then also, if that person likes your advice, they can always come back to you and ask you another and suggest you to their friends to! I hope I helped. <3 [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]

Don't wait around to be asked personally. Just go answer questions. If you don't know an answer there are plenty of other questions so don't just answer anything. Last thing you want to do is look stupid!

you won't get people to ask questions to you unless you go out and answer as many questions as you can..
Even if you don't know a very good answer- just answer questions to the best of your ability...
