They fired my uncle to save money!!! wtf?!

Ok...here's the scenario:
My uncle worked for ING and he's an awesome person, he's a people person and a go-getter. Well, at ING they sponsor a family every year and they usually get about 300$, well my uncle, being the awesome person he is says that if they raise over 1000$ he'll shave his head...
...later in the year right before his big bonus...
...wednesday: this guy calls in to tranfer his account and he forgot his pin so my uncle tells him "sorry i cant attend to you then, its store policy" so the guy's all like omg i cant remember im going to lose so much money...so m y uncle gives him the randomest hint that only he could get cause if some stranger called in...he would have never have guessed...so yea...

Ok so this is really a question but also advice.
So there’s this boy in my Church group and I think he likes me but I’m not sure.
This one time (the first time I laid eyes on him) he kept smiling at me. And even when he knew I was looking he was still smiling for a few moments and I did too. But then looked away. Then later he asked if he could trade spots with the guy next to me so he could “talk to the other guy next to him” the guy said no though. But anyway, today I came in and I all the seats were rounded in a circle and so I walked in and there was a seat right infrount of me. It looked like all the other seats were taken. hair color vs. peer pressure

are you choosing your hair color or is someone choosing it for you?
im doing a project in adolescent psychology. and i got stuck with how does peer pressure relate to hair color.
can i have a few opinions for my report it has to be 2-3 pages (doubled space) and how to do my poster? its the hardest topic on the list and i cant find much infomation on it either.

I really like this guy David, we flirt alot too. I'm not sure if he realizes I'm into him, so I want to pump of my flirting moves if you get what I'm saying. Windows Movie Maker

I'm working on a movie for a group project in english class. We have filmed the movie, but now I need to get the footage onto the computer so I can edit it using Windows Movie Maker.
How do I get the movie onto the computer?
I used the Capture Video Button but it said it didn't recognize the camcorder, even though I had it plugged in.

my summer vacation started in june. its now october and i have been grounded since the first day it started. not grounded from material items. just from everyone i was friends with and i cant even go outside! im going insane. i never did anything wrong. my mom said she just doesnt like who i was friends with. soo now that i couldnt see them, i lost them. im down to 1 friend and a boyfriend. i tried to make new friends but my mom wont let me go anywhere. i know shes just trying to be protective but this is crazy! im almost 16 and ive only been allowed to see my boyfriend since june. i feel like im a prisoner in my own home. im so depressed over it and i have no idea what to do. what can i do? please help im going insane.

Why aren't I thinner?

I'm a 15/f and swim quite alot and I do weight lifting. I'm in good shape and have a ntaurally high metabolism... I do eat alot 'cause I swim so much. Below my belly button I have a little bit of fat that just won't go away. I do a ton of crunches every day and I've even starved myself for a few days and stuff but it just won't go away, any suggestions on how to lose that lil flab of fat?

15/f. well me and my bestfriend always dress up for halloween in pairs. either as something similar or total opposites. like last year we were pageant winners but i was Miss Serta Matress 2005 and she was Miss Maxwell Coffee 2005.
well this year we have no idea what to be. like i thought about being tinkerbell. but then 1) what would my friend be? and 2) i thought it would be a little slutty.
any good ideas? and if you can tell me how to make/buy the costumes.

Have you guys seen in any magazines that black sorta thing that like uses heat to get rid of your pimples? I don't have a lot- just an occasional one.. and i was just wondering if it worked. If anyone knows anything about it that would be great. O yeahh.. and if you know the price- that would be awesome.

hi I'm a freshman in highschool and my mom just told me that I need braces I don't want to have braces!. I already have acne and need glaces I'm gonna look like a total geek. I don't know what to do. Is there anyway how I can fix my teeth without using braces?. Is there any invisable one?. Any ideas. Please.

ex boyfriends

It has been about three years now, and I cannot get over my ex boyfriend. I don't know what to do anymore. The last couple of weeks were perfect. I thought I finally got over him when we stopped talking for a while, but we started talking yesterday and I realized that I'm not over him. He hurt me so many times. He did really messed up things and I need to get over him. And I feel as though I'm getting there until he calls or messages me. I already locked up all of his things and through away memories. I need to get over him, what else do I do??
