MelLeDisko answered Sunday October 8 2006, 3:36 pm: Well, I'm not sure wether you two talk already or not, but if you don't, start trying to make conversation with him whenever you do see him wether it be about a test in school or a class, and just try to find some common ground with him and then you can later drift the conversation into more personal experiences and whatnot as you two get to know eachother better (it'd be a little weird sharing a personal experience with a strange, you know? )
But if you already do, just talk to him even more and flirt with him a little here and there and as you get more comfortable, maybe even flirt a little more. And just compliment him every now and then and whenever he talks, show you're interested in what he has to say, it'll make him feel special. There's so much to talk about ; school, family, friends, music, sports, hobbies/interests, etc.
