I'm a 15/f and swim quite alot and I do weight lifting. I'm in good shape and have a ntaurally high metabolism... I do eat alot 'cause I swim so much. Below my belly button I have a little bit of fat that just won't go away. I do a ton of crunches every day and I've even starved myself for a few days and stuff but it just won't go away, any suggestions on how to lose that lil flab of fat?
like the first person said, you could be doing crunches the wront way. try lifting with your chest to the sky, not bending your back, but lifting with your chest. it makes your abs smoother. i hope this made sense lol. [ MAK's advice column | Ask MAK A Question ]

Ding Ding Ding.
By doing that you have caused your body to hold more water and retain more fat since it had a lack of energy from a lack of nutrients. Your hormones secreted way too much and you put a lot of stress on your body, leading to more Cortisol production which leads to an expanded stomach and a thicker layer of fat.
