Is it ok to not know if you like your guy friend or not, and then go on a date? Just to see if it works out. If not, is it okay to say no to a second date?

every year i get 2 swimsuits, but last year i didn't get any because i forgot about it. anyway, i saw this really cute burberry bikini that's 175$ and i really want it, but i just got back from san francisco with my dad and he bought be 2 pairs of 170$ pants. i feel bad asking for the swim suit now, but i do need a new one, and if i just get one this year do you think my parents would be okay with it? help, i don't want to sound spoiled!

transfer credit

I'm currently taking a Speech class in college. I know for a FACT that it will transfer to a different college I want to go to (a community college). After going there, I wanna go to a 4-year college. Will the Speech class transfer to both colleges or can it only be transferred to one?
The class is just your average Public Speaking class so it should transfer just about anywhere.

okay so this definately has nothing to do with my love life, but i didnt know what column to put it in, so i just put it in the one i thought most people would look at!! does anybody know anything about teeth alignment? like how much it costs, do they put you to sleep during the process, etc. Or could you give me some sites?

Is there any way to get rid of racism? I have a little bit of ethnic prejudice......I feel awful, and I'm trying to get rid of it as much as I can..........this feeling is horrible. Is it possible to get rid of an ethnic prejudice?

Computer turning itself off

my computer like turns itself off if i'm not on there for like 20 minutes and it's annoying me because my away message comes down and people IM me an i dont even know it. Does anyone know how i can make my computer stay on longer?

me and two of my friends were talking a couple of days ago about which guy would we rather go out with - a guy best friend or an acquaintance. my friends said acquaintance because you don't know each other so much which makes the relationship more interesting. also because there's "spark" between them. i said guy best friend, cuz even though you might know a lot about each other, a greater relationship than friendship can make the couple become closer together. it's also an advantage because your partner knows what you like and don't like, and so he won't go do something you would hate or he would always do what you love. and just because the two people already knows each other doesn't mean there can't be "spark" between...

teacher/schedule troubles

so that gay english teacher of mine is really stupid. my friend gets out of her class and there is one more spot open for me to transfer out of this gay class into my friends new class. i'm really scared about going to guidance tomorrow morning because i don't know if it's going to work out. i have a note from my mom that might help change the peoples mind. besides the fact that i really care about my grades, me wanting to do better in english, and totally worrying about passing this class, what else could i say that will help? i really really need this. help?

ok so me and this one girl have known each other for about 5 or 6 years.. we became best friends like..3 years ago, last year we were really close. but this year i feel like she doesnt care anymore.. yeah theres the ocassional hang out && movie.. but thats pretty much it.. last year we would do something every weekend...
so my question is.. does she still care? or is it just me being paranoid?

Shes an average person. their are two kids in my grade everyone in the school like loves. she tries to hang with them. then at the end of the day, when shse figures out their like not interested, she comes back to me. or when they say something she doesnt agree with, something along those lines. shes not cool, shes TYRING to be. and she comes back to me. my other friend notices too, so its not like me being delerious or something.im not gonna go up to her in person and be like, stop trying to be cool okay? then if shse was really mad shed tell them and they'd come to me and be like go hang out with her shes ur best friend! your making her sad! and its like!?!?!?!?!?!

ok im in the 8th grade and i have liked this guy since i was in the 5th grade but i havent been able to tell him. i get really nervous when he is around and everything. one reason why i havent told him is because he is VERY popular and im not really that popular. anyway im afraid that he will say no then tell all his friends. i dont know if he likes me or not. he smiles when i talk to him and i catch him looking at me alot but i dont know if that is enough to say he likes me. so what do i do??? i am soo confused and lost. please help.

Well recently i went to this church event and this guy in my youth group was talking to me a whole lot the entire night. Im not able to go to youth group every wednesday night because of work but when i do get the chance to go he is always like heyy i havent seen you in forever how have you been?! At this event he came and sat right next to me and started to talk to me. Or i was sitting down and he was standing behind me and he like leaned his head over and was like heyyy.
Now yes it hasnt been long since i started to like him kinda.Maybe like 2weeks.
Now heres the problem hes 15and a sophmore in highschool and Ill be 18 this week and a senior in highschool.

Family falling apart

my parents having been like a couple foir the best year. My mom told me once that she was thinking of making him leave. but never went through with it. then she told me again and this time she would alywas get mad at my dad. && im thinking she might acualy get a divorce this time. my mom doesnt have a lot of money and i dont think that we could survive on our own w/o my dad. but i dont want to tell her that. And also i was looking through her cell phone once and i looked at her text messages and there was one that said some "nasty" stuff to someone named mark....not my dad....so i have a feeling shes cheating ??? And of course i dont want to tell her that either. && i just wwant my parents to be more of a couple. Is there anything i can do?

Ive shved "down there" once before and both times it was fine at start but then once the hair started growing back it would hurt really bad. and wen i shaved i got red bumps alot and it hurt like a killer. And i used a new razor each time. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or anything i can do?
