Am i at an average weight? or am i obese? IDK!!

Im 14 years old, im 5'9, and i weigh 167 at the most. usually around 163-165 my weight goes up and down.

but i was wondering if that was an unhealthy weight? like overweight?

my diet is really good but i need some tips on exercises that will work my stomach area and the back of my thighs. thanks.

body hairs

i have somewhat a lot of dark hairs on my stomach and lower back. i dont mind my back hairs much, probably because i cant see it haha but anyways, i hate my stomach hair, especially wearing short shirts or swimming suits. should i shave, nair, or bleach lighter? i was thinking about nair..does it hurt and will it make it go away for a long time? i dont want to have to shave every day to keep it smooth but i guess if i have to =/ i cant afford a big procedure thing to get it removed but, any advice is very appreciated!

conditioning

hey i'm a gymnast..have been most of my life (i'm 18). i went to watch the olympic trials and i'm wondering if anyone knows what conditioning/dieting the girls on the team do. if you could be specific that'd be great! thanks

weight scale dilemma

Okay. I'm 16/f. My average weight is 142. But it might change sometimes due to the amount of food I take in. I'm also 5'6.
I went on this website..and read that it's a really really normal weight. Ideal for my body ratio..
But here's the thing..I want to lose MORE. I don't eat after 6 usually. And exercise more than I eat on any given day (sometimes I take breaks though cause my joints hurt). But for some reason..the lowest my weight is...would be a 141.
Why? I don't get it. It never goes down! I think it's my standard weight...my healthy weight. But my dad won't believe me and yells at me when he sees me at 143 or 144. Because I gained a pound or two.
When I look in the mirror, I see my thighs more toned than...

Nail Biting.

I bite my nails all the time.
Not enough to make them bleed, I stop when they start to hurt.
I don't even know that I'm doing it.

I tried keeping nail polish on at all times on my nails, but I've gotten used to the taste of nail polish and even end up scraping off the nail polish with my teeth, which is even work cause I end up swallowing nail polish.

I figure any type of thing that makes my nails taste bad I will get used to, so you do you have any other ideas for stopping me from biting my nails?

I am 110 llbs, and 5'3". I wear a 26 in jeans, and a 34D bra is too small. Oh yeah and I'm 16 years old.
Is this normal?

I'm 15/f, about 165cm tall...not sure :P and atm I weight 64.5kg( arrrghh, I know I'm fat!)
I've gained so much recently, and I really hate it.
I decided to go on a diet over the summer, cause I'd love to be nice and thin for when we back to school in September, and also be able to wear more clothes.

My aim is to weight at least 57kg by September, but less would be even better :)

I don't have much time for exercises, so could someone give me some 15 minute ones I could do in the evenings at home?

Also, what type of things should I eat?
I eat most things, except spinach and seafood :P
Maybe some other exceptions.
Also, what could be really good things to motivate me?

I am sixteen years old, 5’6, and I weight 186 lbs. I know I am over weight and am trying to change that. What are some beneficial exercises I can do? I would like to lose thirty pounds total and I have little time. I know I need to change my eating habits to and am currently trying to eat only 1500 calories a day. Any tips or suggestions would be great:)

stretch marks

Okay I recently noticed that I've developed stretch marks on my thighs. I've read that they develope because of weight gain, but I exercise all the time, I'm a runner you see? I'm 5'5 and 115 pounds, so what I'm asking is...will they go away as I get older, and when exactly?

body shape

everyone always talks about what shape they are. like full figured or pear shaped and i never knew what my shape was. im 5'8" thin (115lbs) and muscular small b-cup small waist and im white but i'm half spanish so i've got the hips and a little bit of booty. basically im asking if theres any sites that have diagrams or pictures of body shapes. i think im pear shaped but i really dont know.

help?

im 15/f. 5'2'' and i weigh about 115 lbs.
i've noticed over the past 5 months i've gained some weight, and you can notice around my thighs.
my upper body is fine...but down there its a little chubby. i've been runnning a little, but idk...i can't seem to keep up with it 4 days a week. i do crunches sometimes for my stomach and i walk alot. but it doesn't seem to help
i want to tone out my legs..thats all.
whats an easy way i can do it??

I am just too vainy

ummm... Well iam 15 and iam very vainy in my whole arm area when i raise my hand up the vaines go away but when i put my hands down they show up again. There not just small blue vains too their big and pop up like you can touch them. by the way iam a male.

thigh muscles

So,
my thighs are pretty athletic looking, and therefore are really muscley...but the thing is that it's bulky muscles that make my thighs look really fat. Is there any way to lengthen the muscles in my thighs so they look skinnier? It runs through my family that we don't have the skinniest thighs, but is there a way for me to reverse that, like, can I make my thighs relatively lean?
My number one problem is that the front of my thighs is like a bump of muscle, so they look really big from the side, any way to get rid of/ lengthen the muscle there??
Any additional info is greatly appreciated :)

bathing suit

alright it's almost summer...ive been trying to lose weight and ive been doing REALLY well. okay so i still have my 34 c's, and all these bikinis i have, most of them look bad on my boobs. they make them look like they kind of go to side, and i still have more weight to lose. my friend had big boobs but hers always look so perfect and up there in bathing suits and mine looks kind of saggy. so what do i do? what kind of bathing suits will make me look okay? i want my boobs to look good, like they dont sag at all.
i also think i have like kind of big hip bones..i dont want to be skinny and insanely curvy like my other friend..her stomach is unattractive. i want like the victorias secret model stomach/waist..long and only a little bit curved. helpp
