Am i at an average weight? or am i obese? IDK!!

Im 14 years old, im 5'9, and i weigh 167 at the most. usually around 163-165 my weight goes up and down.

but i was wondering if that was an unhealthy weight? like overweight?

It seems to me that you're normal weight..but if you gain anymore weight you'll be at risk of becoming over-weight. So you'll be fine if you just eat healthy and walk a few times a day. Hope this is helpful! (:

Remember, muscle weighs more than fat...so you could just be really toned.

Also, try going to

look around the site, and put in your information to find out what and how much you should be eating of each food catagory.

As long as your healthy, it shouldn't matter whats on the scale.

Your BMI is 24.7
and should be between 18.5-24.9
So you're a normal weight, but dont put any weight on or you may become overweight.

It's not really overweight. A lot of girls don't realize that muscle has a lot to do with our body weight. Just because we may seem to be overweight, doesn't exactly mean we are. It seems to be an okay weight with me. If you feel uncomfortable, talk to your doctor about ways you can get fit, if they say you are over weight.

It's not unhealthy, but if you want to get it down a little more, exercise and eat right. DON'T skip meals ;]
