I know i great excercise that focuses alot on getting your body Toned. But it focuses on what they call your power house....lower stomach. after you do it youl feel amazing and youl really feel yourself working your lower stomach. Its called Winsor Pilates. The 20 minute workout..(really its like 28 minutes) I had results within three times of doing it its amazing. A way to work under your arm fat is take weights even as low as 2 dont go higher then 8 and just swing your arms down by your hips then around and up over your head. Hopefully this works GOODLUCK!. YOU CAN DO IT. :)

Ok, so you want to lose some of your body fat, you have the will. Believe me when I say that is MORE than half the battle in doing so. In order to burn fat however, it is impossible to "target" where you want to burn body fat. In other words, you can't do a ton of routine leg exercises if you want to lose body fat in your legs. For some reason (and we have not technically found out why yet) every single person on this earth distrubutes their body fat differently than everyone else. In some, it may go right to one area, in others, it may interpret it evenly and distribute it to every limb of the body. The only way you can burn this body fat is to do cardiovascular exercises, which are anything that speeds up the heart, gets you breathing at a rapid rate, and gets your body sweating. Running is the most phenomenal cardiovascular exercise, it's just so intense that it provides your body with a rich, invigorating workout. If at first you can't run for great distances, just walk! Walking is also a form of cardiovascular exercise, just not as aggressive as running. Then gradually, as you find yourself become adept to the walking, begin to go faster and faster, until you can run. To burn body fat, stick to almost all cardiovascular exercise and little to no weight training whatsoever. Many people think it's a good idea to lift free weights as well as run, to burn fat. This is NOT the correct answer to burning body fat. Burning fat requires a very low calorie, low carbohydrate diet, with extensive cardio and little to no weight training, where as bulking (gaining muscle) requires a high calorie, high carbohydrate diet, and intense weight training with little to no cardiovascular exercise at all! With that being said, stick to a diet consisting of little carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are made up of two branches, simple, and complex carbohydrates. Simple is another word for sugar bascially, and would consist of most candies, sweets, and things we essentially call "junk food." Complex carbohydrates are a form of malodextrin, and involve things such as grains, pastas, etc. Any carbohydrates that you do consume, try to keep them complex. For drinking, TRY to stick to water only. Water is an amazing component to becoming fit. It fills us up, it naturally cleanses our bodies, and it hydrates us, providing various forms of energy. Soda is an absolute not. It contains HUGE amounts of sugar (simple carbohydrates) and artifical colors and chemicals. In recent studies, diet soda (in some ways) can be even worse. YES it does not contain any sugars or calories, BUT it does contain an ingredient called aspertame. It may sound far-fetched, but aspertame is literally a poision to our bodies. For one, it turns into furmuldohide in our digestive system, a poisionous chemical. The worst part however is it's mind altering affect it has on us. It isn't actually sweetining the food or drink we are consuming, it is actually TRICKING our brains to believe that what we are consuming is sweet. If you have a sip of diet soda, then lick a lemon, believe it or not, it will taste sweet because of the aspertame still present on your tongue! This means that this can make your brain crave more sweet things, such as chocolate and candy. Try to stick to water, and a low calorie diet in general, and do mainly cardiovascular exercise to burn the body fat you want to get rid of. I really wish you the best of luck! If you have any more specific questions about this, please don't hesitiate to ask me at all. Good luck! Dave
