contrary to popular belief, not eating carbs is one of the worst ways to try to lose weight. Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones, it will help even out your metabolism but make sure you get all of you're food groups in. Following the food pyramid is very important and exercise for 1-2 hours 3-4 days a week. Carbs keep you full longer and boost energy...you need them, don't avoid them, but eating little at all is the worst thing you can do. You are doing so much harm to your body and you don't even realize it. It can cause eating disorders like anorexia nervosa and you will eventually bloat and look heavier. Also when you begin eating larger meals you will gain the weight back and then some, but stopping now will get you on the right track to healthy weight loss. just eat a smaller meal every 3-4 hours instead of the 3 larger meals every 6 hours or so and do the exercise 3-4 days a week and you will be on your way.

being one to eat only a little is very stupid to do.
sure, you do lose weight the first few weeks, but then..
1. you keep doing it and it can either turn into anorexia, give you a disease, or kill you

2. once you lose enough weight and you start eating alittle more again, all the weight PLUS MORE will come back.

just exercise is your best bet and eat less carbs. if you feel hungry for a snack, grab an apple or drink alot of water til your full. at dinner, eat your meat and veggies first so that once you get to the fatty stuff like the pasta and carbs, you wont eat alot because youll be nearly full.
