sorry, but there are no quick fixes when it comes to loosing weight. why not make a commitment to become healthier? start a workout regime. i suggest 40 mins cardio and 30 mins muscle training to start. you should see a change in your body within two weeks. you'll probably start to loose inches before weight because of the added muscle (it actually weighs more than fat). but muscles also help you burn more calories, so it's good to have in the long run. (and it just looks steallar when you have tight calves and a hot...well you know.)

no need to nix carbs if your eating healthy ones (whole grains vs. bleached starches). watch out for sugary fruits (bananas and apples vs. strawberries and grapes). nix the use of butter and oils when you can (you don't need butter to make grilled cheese; just a dark, nonstick pan). swap whole milk for at least 2%, although 1% is ideal. limit the amount of sauces, dressings, and gravies you consume (olive oil and balsimic vinger tastes great on salads). don't eat at least an hour before going to bread. breakfast is a must; it kicks your metabalism into motion in the morning.

happy trainings.

it is very difficult to lose 20 pounds in a month basically. 10 would be more suitable. Anyway, you will need to split your meals up. Meaning, having six small healthy meals a day contang fruit, veggies, and protein etc. The things you'll need to give up are junk food, some dairy, bread, limit your carbs! If your a nighttime snacker- forget that! You shouldnt eat after 7:30 p.m. To tone your body for burning calories, you'll need to workout 3-4 times a week. Run, dance, jump rope, Cardio, etc. If you follow this plan you will probably lose weight. There are about 3500 calories in a pound. If you burn 500-+ calories a day, by only eating 2000 a day, you will probably lose 1-2 pounds a week!
