hey i'm a gymnast..have been most of my life (i'm 18). i went to watch the olympic trials and i'm wondering if anyone knows what conditioning/dieting the girls on the team do. if you could be specific that'd be great! thanks

check some of the girls fluffs
ie bridget sloan fluff
shawn johnson
nastia luikin
generally look various gymnasts on youtube and you see training montages etc. then put you own conditioning programme together on top of what you already know. and
there you have it! =)

Sorry I can't be more helpful...But all I know is that they take in a lot of protein.

I would google it or something if you want more information.
