okay, so i've been talking to this guy for a while like since I was 15. He's an amazing guy, he has a great family, my family adores him, and I really honestly love him. Well, he had a girlfriend that he had been dating since before we even met, but he didn't love her & didnt want to be with her but he didnt know how to tell her. He just didnt want to break her heart. Anyway, while he wsa with his ex he spent every day with me, we talked all the time, we even kissed/held hands/etc... a lot. So techinically he cheated on her. They broke up about two weeks ago, and he told me he wanted to be with me but that he was scared to jump into things too soon after breaking up with his ex. My boyfriend got me a very special giftm so i promised him I would get one too. When i couldn't find something great enough, I lied and said "it's too awesome to not give it to you in person, it's a very personal gift" (because I was on vacation at the time) I don't know why I lied, and yes I regret it. I would tell him the truth, because I know it doesn't matter much to him, but it just seems so silly, I'd rather just find him a darn gift.. you know?
But I've really talked this gift up now, and I even made him promise me that he'd love it and hint at the fact that it's something that could affect our relationship (as in maybe make us closer, or more serious?)

This Friday will be my 7 month anniversary with my boyfriend and since I've started college this will be our first anniversary apart. I just went home to see him last weekend and I can't do it again Friday. Everyday that we're together he proves to me over and over again how perfect he is and how much he loves me. So I want to do something really nice for him but I have to do it from a distance with limited resources and a limited budget. If I send him something it takes 2-3 days to get there.
I need ideas!

There is this guy I started talking to like a couple weeks ago. I knew who he was before but then out of no where he started talking to me. He is one of my friends but I don't like him like that. He's cool to talk to but when he starts flirting with me or something its really awkward. The most he does is just turn around and talk to me during class and will want to arm wrestle or something that has to do with our hands. So he asked me to put my number in my phone but I never did. I didn't like totally reject it in front of his face but my friend took it and was looking at it. So I felt better about that.
I just don't like him like that and even if he was trying to get to me I wouldn't want him to do it so...

My bf says 'i love you' to me all the time which is so lovely.
The only thing is is he tells me he loves me while we are having sex. Do you think he tells me that to make sure I know he loves me no matter what we do or he just loves the sex?
He tells me all the time anyway and it makes me feel a bit odd when he tells me while we're having sex.

Homecoming dates!

I need help. Homecoming is a month away for me and everyone is freaking out about dates. Well, only the freshman. But, there's this guy who I heard wants to ask me. And I'm so sure he's going to ask me but he hasn't yet. I mean, I like him and all but our plan was to go as a group with my best friend and his best friend. Should I accept or decline? Would it really make a difference if I declined since we are going as a group? How do I accept/decline when he asks?

I'm a senior in high school and there's this i guy i liked and still like and talked to a lot last year. I pretty much didn't see him all summer. Today was the first day of school and I was scared he wasn't gonna be happy to see me but thank god he was and said hi to me and talked to me. I really, really wanna keep talking to him and i really want him to keep on flirting a lot with me but there are a couple of problems. One, we were both in the play together last year, which brought us together but i think he might not be doing it this year and i'm scared it just won't be the same as last year if he doesn't do it. Recent Breakup - Implusive Decisions

About breakup: I cared very much about him, but he said he needed space/wasn't me it was him/need to get a better job, etc.
I am heartbroken, but I figured if he really cared about me, he wouldn't have cut me off like that, and it is time to move on.
I've looked around for other people to date, and it is probably too soon. I keep sabotaging anyone I talk to with either talking a little while and not responding, or making up some excuse not to go out with someone.
So to give up on it, I'm tempting myself to get a seasonal job at a ski resort, to throw myself into some good hard work in order to get over it. I thought if I was in a place that was fun, that I could choose later what I wanted to do...

I love him sooooooooooooo much! I dont want to! I want to forget he exists. I know if there was a way I could see him more we could be together because the times I spend with him are INCREDIBLE! The thing is I never get to see or talk to him barely ever! I love a guy I know I could never be with and it hurts not only mentally but physically! I sit at home and do nothing but sleep, eat, watch tv., and sit on the computer! I turn down all offers to hang out with anyone but him. I feel like if I cant have him I will eventually die. I used to dream about him now I have nightmares. I used to smile when I thought about him now I cry. Its so hard wanting something so bad when you know you will never have it. I have a problem where I get attached to boys very easily, if I am talking to them a lot or hook up with them and then it randomly stops I get extremely upset. It's to the point where I'm scared to even start anything with a boy because I know I'll end up getting hurt from it eventually. I had a really roller coaster sorta love story with this guy. He knew that I love him. I did a lot for him, even gave him a cake in class.
He let go of me for his friend. I was hurt.
I planned for a surprise on his birthday but now, I'm having second thoughts on even greeting him on his birthday. He explained to me that he le me go because he don't want to see me hurt anymore. He loves me enough to let me go.
Will i still prepare for his birthday??
Better question, will i still hang on for him??

Getting Marriage License in Iowa, Ceremony in Michigan

We are planning on getting our Marriage license in Iowa and it's good for 6 mos and I was wondering if we can still have the Ceremony in Michigan where our family is. I know a judge there and I would like to perform it in MI at a family members house and that way our whole family doesn't have to fly to Iowa...can I do this? Thank you.
