cardio burn

what the hell is cardio?

i ask a question about diet and they say do a lot of cardio?

but I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS??
anyone please give me some examples!!

mixing weights and cardio

i read somewhere that you shouldnt do cardioand weights, as cardio uses up muscle or something? basically, i want muscle, from losing fact, so im doing weight training. i also do about 20mins of cardio. should i stop doing cardio?

i was the prson who ate the cheesecake and whatnot and gained like 3-4 pounds from one night

the day that i sent in the question i went running for 3-4 miles and
ate sushi and low fat ice cream (and water)
i probably did have too much of that though

through out the day though when i weighed myself the number did go down to 115 after awhile

the next day (yesterday)
i went running in the morning for 1-2 miles
then had work (which is a camp that involves little kids)
so that must have burned something
went to the gym for an hour (one class is supposed to burn like 700 calories)
then went running again for another 1-2 miles
the only food i ate...

i'm 5'6" about 120 pounds, i'm not really fat but i want to tone my body, maybe lose a few pounds. can anyone tell me exactly what i should do everyday?
like to tone my stomach, arms, and thighs?

Hey, im 14/female. Im about 5'5, and im not ugly, im cute :) i have a pretty nice body (or i've been told so) a good size breast, and a nice booty, and im thin. Lmao.. Anyways. I dont like my legs... I would like them to be a lil' fatter, or thicker. How do i get them like that?? (: thankssss!

How do i get motivated?

I really want to start losing weight this summer and start now. Theres a problem though , i cant get motivated to get up and actully do it. How can i motivate my self . Alot of people say buy a ofit you really want to fit in but see that doesnt motivate me. Please give me some ideas on how to get motivated. I cant join a gym eather just incase you need to know. Thanks for the help.

I'm DYING to DIET

I'm going to get straight to the point!
I can't stick with a diet..
this last time has been my best attempt.
But I cant seem to tell a difference.
Now, starting off I'm going to be dedicated.
No sweets, what so ever.

So heres my plans.
& the question is, what other activities can I do, or foods I can eat, or Remedys, that will help me lose weight.

My Plans:
Drinking nothing but water.[plain water]
Not eating past 6; [my mom usually dont get home from work until 7 or 8 so I'll have to fix my own food.
When I do eat after six, nothing but fruits & veggies.

My PLANS [activity wise]:
Running/Jogging/walking..whatever my moo...

Im used to have really small toes but in the last 2 weeks they have grown alot. So i was wondering since my toes are growing in length does that mean that i can look forward to growing in height?
Im only 5'0 but my mom is about 5'4 and my dads around 5'6 - 5'8. Oh and i started puberty at around 9.

extra 3-4 pounds

so for the past few months ive been working out almost every day, burning about 700 calories
and for the past few weeks ive even been eating healthier/less

basically 24 hours ago, my friend threw a party, and we wound up eating a ton of cheesecake, along with other horrible foods, and a LOT of them

i get home to find myself 3-4 pounds heavier than before the party
my friends metabolism is incredible and will automatically burn it for her
mine...not so great

how do i go about losing this additional weight, along with losing the weight i already have?

p.s. i'm 14/f, 5'3 usually 115
now im about 118-119ish

i was considering not eating for the next few days or whatever
would that help?

i have a pretty much flat stomach, but i still have a little pudge like when i sit and a little when i stand so what is a good effective excercise to flatten your stomach? i eat healthy and everything also.

Motivational/get-you-pumped-up songs?

Since it's summer and losing weight is pretty high on my priority list before I start college, I'm going to start running more often. Problem is, I never have any motivation. Sure, when I went out and bought new tennis shoes to run it, that was motivating. But most of the time, songs get me pumped up too. So, I need some help here! Anything that really gets you in a kick-a mood, like Fort Minor's "Remember the Name", Sean Paul's "We Be Burnin'", and Jay-Z's "99 Problems". It can be mostly anything except like, metal or trashy rap songs that talk about nasty stuff :P

I'm a 13 year old girl and guys at my school only like girls who are big chested and have big butts,I was wondering if theres anything
(non steryl)I could do to make my butt and breasts grow faster(get bigger)
I have a pretty face and all but no ones interested in that.
So is there anything I can do before school starts in September?

okk soo friday im going to the lake for the weekend with some people. i have fast metabolism so im naturally thin but i just have a little extra pudge. i know it's only 3 days but are there any things i can do between then and now that'll make me look lean and make my muscles pop so i'll look at least somewhat toned?
