i have a pretty much flat stomach, but i still have a little pudge like when i sit and a little when i stand so what is a good effective excercise to flatten your stomach? i eat healthy and everything also.
if you could please tell me something that worked for you or someone you know =]

well for flatting a tummy it's a good idea to you know do some curl ups. but here's the trick, you go by a small ball, like one your little sliblings will play with out side. place that under your lower back, that makes it possible to go back wards as well as fowards and increases the excirse your doing and if you keep it up do it everyday or almost everyday, you'll get there and so you'll have you flaat tummy.
Also remember eat righ excise and all that crap they tell you to do you won't get health problems and ect.
