Kittzen talking,
okay here's what you do to flatten your belly. you must get a ball like from one of your little slibling. the kind you find in a supermarket or something. make sure it's small. place this ball behind your lower abck and do your crushes. this ball allows you to go fpward and backwards giving you better results.
you should do this three times a day for a couple weeks till you start seeing results. tham you can keep it up till you keep that you like where you are and how you look.
this will also keep your other parts from gaining musles and losing their look that you say you like.
so enjoy and i wish you the best results,
Kittzen
