okk soo friday im going to the lake for the weekend with some people. i have fast metabolism so im naturally thin but i just have a little extra pudge. i know it's only 3 days but are there any things i can do between then and now that'll make me look lean and make my muscles pop so i'll look at least somewhat toned?
Go on the detox diet its foods with high water content and low calories. Heres a sample.
Day 1:
Morning- 1/2 grape fruit, slice of toast, 2 tbs peanut butter, black coffe or tea
Lunch- 1 can tuna, 1 slice toast, black coffee or tea
Dinner- 3oz of a meat(circa 2 slices) 1 cup beats, 1 cup string beans, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1 small apple
Day 2:
Morning- 1 slice toast, 1 egg, half of a banana black coffee or tea
Lunch- 1 Cup plain cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner- 2 hot dogs (no buns) 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots(fresh or canned) 1/2 cup vanila ice cream, half of a banana
Day 3:
Morning- 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cottage cheese,1 small apple, black coffee or tea
Lunch- 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast
Dinner- 8 oz. Tuna, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup beets, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cantaloupe
**diet works stricly on chemical break down of foods. You must eat EVERYTHING it says each day for each meal, NO SUBSTITUTES or the diet WILL NOT WORK. Only seasonings allowed to be used are salt and pepper. after the 3 days, you will lose between 4-10lbs
