Dancing workout?

Okay, I have a problem... I love to dance, it's a great way to get excercise, but here's the sitch... I don't know how to move right. I look like an idiot at dances because I just don't know how to do these things! I have asked my parents if I can have dancing lessons, but they said no because the only place in town teaches suggestive dancing and has their girls wear skimpy costumes. How can I learn a modern style of dancing that is not advertising, but still looks cool? (Here's a hint as to how clean I want it to be: I am a Mormon.) Please help!

healthy period?

ok so sometimes when i get my period it's brown-ish colored with a few drops of red every couple days then the next period is all red & healthy looking but then in between periods milky-white slippery stuff comes out...which means i'm healthy
is this healthy???
i'm confused....

i asked this question earlier-ok down there it's really itchy and it smells different and it's so itchy that i guess i rubbed it raw and i havve a small cut now. i'm 15/female and i'm good and haven't done anything yet. so what's the deal?
but i don't want to go to a doctor. can i just wait for it to go away?

I'm going snowboarding like without a friend tomrrow, and i'm kind of hoping to run into a hott guy. however, im so bad at like making the first move to talk to him. especailly while boarding if hes with friends. Whats a good way to aproach him, or even make him want to come to me?

i finally invested in money to buy a cute pair of sand UGG boots. but now that im thinking about it, i want to know if there are other cute boots out there for a more affordable price. i'm looking for sand colored boots, furry on the inside, and a little bit below knee length (have to be flat!) also, can i have your opinion on UGG boots, are they still even "in" anymore? plus, when summer comes around, i want to wear them with jean skirts. what do you think, and do you suggest any stores that carry the types on boots im looking for? thanks! :]

I had sex on Sunday Morning for the basically first time (we tried the night before but it really hurt.) and when we were done i was bleeding really bad but it's still going and I have cramps so it's my period, duh, but is it weird that it happened right after the sex?

Okay, this boy likes my friend and everyone is like eww gross. He likes her! and all that stuff. And i kinda like him though but nobody knows cause he has like a SUPER BIG crush on my friend, and if they found out they would make fun of me. btw, he's in a grade lower than me and my friends. and she is kinda starting to like him. but she looks at him on the bad side. Saying that, i mean like she says, he is more immature than most of the guys in our grade. He's quiet. and all of that stuff. But i honestly think he is mroe mature and cuter and nicer than most of the boys in my grade. I don't know if i should actually tell him or wait until later on. Neck Injury

my friend was dancing in the rain last nite and she slipped and fell. now her knees are bruised and she got a cut in her neck. she needed 9 stitches to sew it up. she went to the hospital. they say there is a slight chance she has brain damage. she cant remember how she got hurt. what are possible consiquences that could come after this? im so worried about her and i just keep having the horiable ideas about what might happen so i need to know the facts.
she says it hurts her to swallow
or to open her mouth very wide.

i like this guy and i dont know if he likes someone else...some people say he might some people say he definately doesnt but...
ok so there was this school field trip that my whole grade went to except me and my friend...and i think im getting kind of jealous of my best friend because she's getting close to him...and she's closer to him than i am. anyway...so this is kind of like two questions...one: how can i get really close to him? i mean i try talking to him online but he just like gives really short answers and the convo stops there..like " so what kind of music do you like?" Formal Parties

My friend wants to have a formal party. There would be girls and guys all 13 or 14 years old.
The only problem is that we have no idea what we could do once we're all dressed up. She's already picked out a fancy dress and everything..we just don't have any ideas for the party. Please help. :)

I have two bestfriends, Jenn and Kate. Jenn's 16th birthday was a few days ago but the three of us were too busy to do something. The three of us agreed that we would go out to eat tomorrow night. Then we are coming back to my house. Kate and I want to do something really special for her. We have the resteraunt and back at my house. What could we do for her? Balloons? Presents? Flowers? I truely don't know what to do.

hair dantruff

lately ive been getting really bad dantriff like its grosse!, ive always had healty hair! nooo its NOT lice, its just dantruff, i wash my hair everyother day (its bad your your hairs natural oils to be washed every day) my hair doesnt look oily or anyhting, just ALOT of dantruff and its inbarrseing
ive tryed changeing shammpoos and condinterners, ive been washing my hair with "solsin blue" wich is a shampoo used to control dantruff. i want to get rid of it!! ive tryed washing my hair every day, but nothing is working!

My one friend, whenever I talk to him he is so freaking argumentive. I don't talk to him too much either, because he doesn't have a screename. & he goes to my old school.
