20 pounds gone?

i want to lose 20 pounds in the next 3 months and i don't know how. i don't want to starve myself so is there any way to lose that much with out starving myself or using products like slim fast?

A girl who I thought was my best friend, Sarah, has been talking about my other best friend, Amanda, alot lately and I got so tired of listening to it, so I told Amanda everything. Sarah was acting like a jerk to her and Amanda wanted to know why, so it's not like I just told her to get them in a fight. 13/f im straight.my bff is a lesbian.she wrote a love note to her girlfriend.the teacher took the note and they both got suspended and might or not come back.if it was a boy/girl relationship they wouldnt get suspended but a girl and a girl would?.we go to a catholic school.can they do that~what should i do?what should they do? help

Ok, me and my class are going on a big trip soon. We get to room with people that we want and there is four to a room. My best friend has another friend that never pays any attention to me. That is who we are rooming with. Me, my best friend, her other friend, and another one of our friends. My best friendsother firend acts like i never excsist and when me, her and my bff hang out neither pay any attention to me and i try to be a part of the conversation but they still exclude me. For that win a dream date thing with mitchel musso in m magazine is says you have to enter by sending a 3x5 postcard or other facsimile. i know facsmile means the same. so can i send an envelope instead of a postcard? also it says the adress is: M magazine, Attn: Mitchel Dream Date giveaway, P.O. How would that be in the correct format for mailing it?

This may be a stupid question to some, but Ill ask it because its literally killing me! So, I want to make a sign [big poster] because Im going to the My Chemical Romance concert tomorrow and I hear they love signs! :] But so far I cant think of what to say thats original and will STAND OUT. I am tired of being single. I just broke up with my boyfriend sometimes last month. However it was all for the better because he wasnt the type for me, it was all good in the beginning but then the relationship just got dead. He was holding me kissing me and touching me like he used to, he wasnt spending time with me like he used to and he wasnt showing me enough attention like he used to. he was doing all these things in the beginning. It will take some time for me to trust someone eles, what are some things i can do to get him off my mind, im not completlely over him, i think about him. I just need to move on, how can i be sure that he has moved on.

Cookies and cache folder?

On your computer, what exactly are cookies? What happens when you delete them? Are they bad to delete? Are there bad cookies, or are they good? Should you delete them each time you get off the internet?
Also, what is an internet cache? Should you delete it? Is it bad to delete, or is it good?
I'm just wondering because my computer keeps getting spy ware it. Does deleting these things help from spy ware coming? If not, can you answer those questions above anyways? Sorry this isn't long or anything but has a million questions. :P Thanks in advance!

My goal weight is 135-140
My weight now is 161
I swim 2 and 1/2 hours everyday and lift weights everyother day. My diet thing is basically just eating healthier. If i keep eating healthy and eating low fat stuff about how long will it tak eme to reach my goal wieght?

when i use the makeover station, and try to offer a makeover to someone, nothing happens. they talk to the person but they don't give them a makeover. when i do free makeover though, it works. I have a cash register, i had a person as the stylist and one as the cashier, but it wouldn't work. do you need a certain talent badge or something? or is it a glitch or what i am doing wrong? thanks
