Okay i'm going to tell you my honest opinion (keep in mind that this is from a guy's point of view)
-he doesn't want his friends to find out
-he's embarrased
-he's cheating
-he's shy
Now I KNOW some of them arent what you want to hear but I must be completely honest with you and I just want to let you "in" on how a lot of guys think (but NOT all)

I hate when guys do that. But just dont tell anyone. People talk and start rumors and hes probably just protecting you and his own reputations. Dont tell anyone. And maybe later on in the relationship you can tell people.
