cold periods?

how come when you touch the back of your pad when your disposing it, it feels really cold? does the blood like turn cold or something? and how come we dont feel cold when we're wearing them. if anyone cant tell im talking about periods, too
also does PMS stand for premenstrual syndrome or preoccuring mood swings? my mom said the first part and some boys at my school said the 2nd, lol. im sure my mom is right..

ok so im have a 14th bday party sometime in may in a beach house, on the beach. both genders allowed although my parents will be there. girls are staying overnight. guys, NO WAY. LOL

Am I depressed?

15/f. I'm a generally satisfied person. I'm OKAY with myself, I have everything I need (and could ever want) bla bla bla. I'm OKAY. But sometimes, everything turns upside down. And it happens so quickly that I can't tell if it's depression or not. I start feeling lonely, and worthless and very sad. Sometimes for no reason at all. But sometimes, even the TINIEST problem could tick me off. I get SO lazy, don't do my homework and just lay in my bed crying all day long. When something tiny happens, I get sooooooooo pissed and throw a tantrum or something. At moments like this, I start cutting myself, drinking, and just feeling like a worthless loser. okay so i have a boyfriend who i love so much but in school i guess you could say i don't "show him off". i'm not really into the whole pda thing (like kissing in the halls) but i do it anyway i've gotten pretty used to it.. but its like sometimes in school we seem like just friends and not boyfriend & girlfriend (we've been going out for almost 10 months and we're in 11th grade haha) what are some ways to act more like a couple in school without being all over eachother.. (we hold hands & hug & kiss but not making out cuz i don't like that in public) what else? or even what are cute things i can do in school to show i love him a lot.. like is whispering in his ear cute or weird? stuff like that.. thanks!

scalp problem

i started to have a itchy scalp a day ago and it was itching really bad (espeically during the night) The day before, i went to school and came back home- didn't itch. I took a shower but i didn't use shampoo and then when it was around 10 i went to bed but my head started to itch alot. in the morning it was still itching and throughout the day it did. sometimes it'll stop and be not so itchy but it'll come back. i took a bath today and shampooed my hair because i thought maybe it was too dry hair. but now it still itches sometimes.
i'm scared because i might have lice or some scalp proble. but i didn't use anyone's brush or hat or share anything. can someone help me? what should i do?

Last year I was head over heels for a friend of mine, let's call him John. We don't know each other too well but we had classes together and would talk through IM and stuff. I fell in complete love with him and it took me the better part of a year to get over him.
Since I've gotten over him, we've stayed friends, dated some people, etc... Now I'm single, and have been for a while.
I think I may be falling for him again. He told me last year he doesn't think of me that way, but we talk almost every night on IM about personal things and we can really open up to each other.
What do I do? I don't want to have to go through the heart break over John again.. after finally shedding these em...

I bought a backless dress for my banquet and I was wondering if anybody has ever tried one of those backless bras that just stick onto the front? They're kind of expensive and I would only wear it a few times so I wanted to see if they work before I bought one. Any good brands? Thanks!

me and my boyfriend have been together for a long time and we are sexually active. we recently have stop doing it. last month we did it and before he would ejaculate he would take it out and ejaculate on my stamach. i got brown\ pinkish discharge but it was mostly blood (kind of heavy)and i have no idea what it is. could i have the chance of being pregnent?
