burn..rash.. things?

Alright, every twice in a while i'll get little things, almost like little burns or rashes, its really red and a little puffy, like, right where panties sit, not quite your leg but yeah, there. and i know that the elastic on panties cause friction and irritates it, but i have no clue what CAUSES it.
has anybody ever had this?
know what it is?

crotch burns

like im a girl and on the skin on my right and left leg kinda like kinda before the vajayjay, i keep getting burns there! it happens when i wear jeans sometimes.. and it feels like my underwear is uncomfortable since it hurts.. i checked there once and there were like.. burn-type things.. how can i get rid of them? they're uncomfortable and usually go away the next day but i can still see where the burn was cause its kinda darker there.

the other day my friend invited me to her party. we are pretty good friends but not the closest. an hour later she told me the party was canceled cause her mom said she couldn't. well in everyone's away message it says "can't wait for sarah's party on saturday" so its obvious shes lying. i dont wanna bring it up to her and sound like a bitch or get her mad at me.. but like how should i bring it up? i really dont know why she'd do that to me. =/ the party is tomorrow night.

its not part of my family's plan. my mom, dad, and sister are all cingular (i think its also AT&T?).. they dont even really have good cells.. no cameras, and the only extra they really have is like AIM, text, and audio. i dont want a phone like that but im wondering if they'll let me get this:

i was textin` my boyfriend.. and then he had a problem w/ my top at first.. since he was number three.. but he had to understand that no guy can go before my bestestest friend.. and that i couldnt make her number 3 either.. and he didnt care about that, i think.. O.o and then it turns out that he didnt like the person on my top 1.. and stuff like that.. but he doesnt know her well enough to say things about her and all. and then later on he told me that he was going to miami next month for a week, and he said "it wouldnt be any difference.. we never get to see eachother anyways, we can js text." and i was lik` "i see you every week" and he said "haha yeahh.. wait lemme correct that, once a week.&...

I've seen pictures where it's black and white and has like a spot of color or a little bit of color.

i came to the fact god is not real. the only person who truly loved me is my dad, and he died. my moms totally obsessed with herself. my friends talk about me all the time and boys are total liars and use me. im 13, and im about to give up and kill myself. my teachers think im stupid. nothing goes right. its not fair. i often cry and beg for someone to just hold me when im alone. i really need that. i just dont know what to do and i dont want to go to a theripist

I'm a cutter, or at least i used to be. when i started going out with my boyfriend i stopped. i still told him about what i used to do and he gave me a hard time about it, not like making fun of me, but told me never to do it again. he's asked me why i did it and i never could explain. yesterday i did it again and it was the first time in a couple months. i don't know how to tell him, but i know i should cause he's going to see the marks at some point and it would be better if i told him first. what should i say?

I really like this guy on my swim team, which is the only place I see him (but it's eight times a week so it's not like I never see him). I am not sure if he likes me, and we rarely talk, but what are some ways I could flirt with him to hint that I like him. We can't really have a conversation because of sets. I am also kind of shy.
All I can think of is squirting water at him. Lol. Help?

Kay I met this guy today. He's a year older than me. Well today after school we all decided to go to the elementry school thats next to our school. It was me, 3 of my friends, and him. I have seen him around school before, and he and defenatly seen me. Today, he kept sitting next to me when we were hanging out and he kept smiling. I really like him too, but since I JUST met him, would it be concidered "slutty" if I ask if he likes me after one day??
