You all know that rumor going around about how ipod headphones can make your hearing worse. Is that true and even proven?? I use those headphones a lot but I don't have the volume very loud. Any ideas?? Thanks!

this friday im supposed to go see a movie with a friend that i like and she likes me but wants to get to knwo me better and hang out more. well she told her little cousin she would take her and her crush to go see a movie and she invited me to come along. im 15/m by the way. well on myspace she had posted a bulletin called kiss or pass and you had to message the person postign saying if you would kiss them or pass and i said kiss and she responded to the one i posted saying she would kiss me. im thinking about waiting till after the movie is over and when im saying bye hug her then kiss her, should i? give me your opinion and any advice that you think is appropriate.

There's this girl. We were pretty good friends in the 2005-2006 school year (8th grade). Then we got to high school this past school year, and we had two classes together. We didn't sit next to each other in the first class we had together, and we did in the second class for the last half of the year. I have reason to believe she cut herself in 8th grade, and she's just got that depressive vibe that I tried to deal with in her and other people before, but its just something I can't handle. Catholic theory... days to avoid concenption?

In religious classes my teacher mentioned this theory or whatever that Catholics are supposed to use that the popes or some other highly-positioned people created... since Catholics aren't supposed to use any form of birth control, so we wont have to kill a human life, there are certain days youre supposed to have sex to avoid pregnency... whats this called?

okay, well i have this huge issue with dying my hair.
i havn't dyed my hair since Feburary, to black. and the other day i found black hair dye and decided to dye it again. by the time i dyed it a couple days ago, my dirty blonde routes were showing A LOT. but yeah, i ended up missing a few spots anyway.
now, i want to dye my hair to a light golden brown color that i bought at the store.
what should i do to dye my hair? do you think it will fall out if i try to dye it so light? i'll be bleaching it first, btw.
please help.

i'm going to a thing this weekend where there will be lots of people i don't know. i really want to talk to new people and make friends with them, but i always feel awkward just joining a different group. any tips? i don't know what to say.. usually they aren't welcoming. i feel like i shouldn't talk too much, but i shouldn't just sit there. where's the balance? any tips on flirting with the guys too? should i flirt straight away or not? thanks

so i just got a relatively large purse. its super cute and i LOVE it! but.. its really big, and has a lot of pockets and compartments. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO PUT IN IT! it looks dumb to leave it unfilled because then it just looks empty! so far i put my sunglasses, camera, ipod, cell phone, and wallet in there. it still doesn't fill it up! what else can i put in? what do you put in yours? thank you!

ok, here's my situation. my family is pretty well-off, and i have everything i could ever ask for. my boyfriend's family is about the same, but they're a family of four and we're a family of five, so money goes through us faster than them (my little sister is ten years younger, at seven. you know how that goes).

There is this guy that I know from work. Well in the last 8 months I've noticed he always stares at me, he smiles when I walk into the room, he has rubbed my shoulder when he's alone with me,he stares at me intently when I talk to him, he gets really shy around me when other people are around us, and one time he asked me if I was on my own. From what I'm mentioned here, does it sound like he's interested in me as more than just a friend?

So a few weeks ago i get a pic cmmnt from my ex bf ( i thought i loved this kid) and we broke up over a year and a half ago, and him and his gf just broke up (they were dating right after we originally broke up, so they were dating for the year and a half) and weve been iming and he came over one night (but i had snuck out so i had to send him home) and stuff and so i tell him ill always have feelings for him and he told me he thinks about me too, but he wants to see what his options are (ass) and that our parents would prolly disown us (cuz they kinda hated us dating) and stuff and i was all idc what they say, and then he said whatever happens happens, but today he was talking about some lame freshman girl..
